Great sound. Battery life is great. Noice cancelling is on another level.

Purchased this to replace first gen of AirPods. One month after purchase left ear piece stopped working and had to repair. After another 4 months the other ear piece broke.

Absolutely love these AirPods!! Sound quality and battery life get me through every work day!

Purchased Sep 1, by November one of them didn't work, non returnable, that expired after 30 days which is a crock of crap, done with Best Buy .

I can't recommend a product that went bad on day 14 and I wanted to change them on day 15 and the folks at Best Buy didn't do anything to help me, they just played dumb.

Very expensive and would keep falling out of my ear even after I tried on all the sizes. Maybe it’s just my ear but I would not recommend these

I exchanged a pair because there was a crackling noise. The second pair also had the same issue. The iPhone wasn't the issue. It was the pods. Returned the second pair as well.

Always disconnecting from zoom calls, people always say I sound far away from the call.. never had an issue turn previous generation. I think these are going back!

No sound in the right airpod Bestbuy customer service was rude when I tried to exchange. I tried to support local store but No longer interested in buying anything from bestbuuy

Too big hurt my ears . Much bigger than previous AirPods Purchased before a vacation. Could not wear them for very long . My ears would start to hurt.

I’m allergic. Cannot use the AirPods Pro and had to return them. I’ll stick with AirPods. I’ve been using these for years and hav had no issues with them.

These are very confortable and compact, also enjoy the quality of sound.

Definitely the worst Investment I have ever made I just cannot keep them in my ears steady it just keeps falling off I have tried different size but still the same problems

I have the other AirPod, but I only purchase the pro model because of the noise cancellation feature. And it only work for a short period of time like a month!

The volume and bluetooth are very choppy. They don't immediately connected. There's some poor feedback. Sometimes only one left or right works, and not both together.

They are the worst I have ever had, they have been changed many kisses and they always come out Defective, do not spend your money on this article

I ordered for brand new Airpods Pro but it haven’t came in it’s Apple’s Original Packaging, instead came with rapper just like any other retail store package.

I upgraded from the old AirPods to these, and I regret it. These AirPod fall off my ears all the time, I switch the size of the little rubber inside and still happens .

Am glad i have apple care i will change up this stuff Its lost charge and it’s disconnected to my phone
