I want a full refund, this product has given me nothing but trouble. It’s insulting to myself as a costumer to be sold a product that barely works!

Comes with an unusable cable. Called Apple, spent an hour on hold and argued with a supervisor that the new cabe does not fit into any of my devices.

They don’t stay in my ear and the ear fit test always fails. I have tried every ear tip and it was too late to return so might just sell them.

They hurt my ears, the plastic piece felt horrible inside my ear, I loooove the old AirPods, these .... not so much, what a disappointment, Sent them back

Stopped charging after 7 weeks. I barely used them because my 5 year old non-pro iPods worked fine and stayed in my ear better.

I thought this would be the perfect fit. I tried all ear fittings and they slip out of my ear mid convo and fall on the floor. I almost lost one at Aldis.

Don’t buy it. COVID-19 cleaning ear pad area and charging box are nit easy. Nothing special same as the cheap other brand values and qualities.

Hard time connecting with my new Sony Brava 75" television. I expected a little better sound quality.

Not too user friendly and had a difficult time getting them to connect with my iPhone. Had to send them back and went back to the original AirPods. I'm sure

Will not stay in my ears as I’m running or doing sit-ups. I use all apple products but unfortunately this item doesn’t work for me.

They are great headphones but they won’t stay in my ears . It’s a known problem just google it . Had to return them .

Don't fit. Hurt my ears. Fall out constantly. Memory foam tips didn't help. Would not buy again.

Will fall off the heats very often, not the one you can use to run...sound quality +- , the base sound with distortion at times . I won’t recommend it

Right bud would never hold a charge, the buds fit loosely in the case and the case would never pair with my phone. Wasted time buying and returning this item.

Apple knocks it out of the park! I was skeptical of all the hype before my purchase. Noise cancellation and supreme sound in an earbud? When properly inserted, these earbuds surpass anything I’ve purchased. I have owned 25 different pairs of earbuds. Having either given them away or sold on eBay. Battery like is 5 hours for me during heavy use. That’s with the noise cancellation on. Bass produced is double that of the airpods. Overall I’d give them a 10 if that were possible.

The right one dosent even work anymore an I only used these things like twice I didn’t like the way they fit in my ear. An now I can’t return them.

Allergic reaction to this product causing ear drainage, sores in both ears now on antibiotics. They are beautiful but not for me a dislike.
