Seriously considering to return this earbuds and getting the old ones because they too big for my ear. I can only use them for a short period of time.

Sadly immediately once delivered by our lovely US Postal Service, the item was stolen. Never got a chance to give to my family member for Christmas.

First off, I am by no means a sound snob. I saw some reviewers complaining about the sound.. I think they sound great. They sound just as good if not better than my Bose Soundsport Free earbuds, and certainly as good or better than my Zolo Liberty + earbuds. What I think is the most impressive is the noise cancelling. I’ve used them in an office setting, walking outside, sitting in my living room.. it surprises me how much sound they mask. Now obviously it’s not quite as good as over ear headphone noise canceling, but who would expect it to be?! They drown out coworker conversations and minimize the sound of cars going by which is more than any other earbuds I’ve tried. They are a little more difficult to get out of the charging case and a little more difficult to get properly inserted into my ears, but I manage. I would actually consider wearing these to the gym as they fit pretty snug. The regular AirPods I’d never wear to the gym because it’s clear to me that they’ll fall out as soon as I start sweating. One more upside to the AirPods.. both the Pro and the regular ones .. if I use my Soundsports and put my phone in my left pocket (which is the pocket my phone is always in) then go for a walk outside, I get frequent cutouts which is quite shameful for Bose. The Zolos are better but I can get them to cut out by pulling up the hood on my jacket. The AirPods though, have this excellent connection that is not phased one bit by which side of my body I store my phone on.. nor do they care about a hood being in the way. Just a solid connection! IMO the connection quality of a true wireless pair of earbuds is probably one of the most important factors that makes or breaks my opinion of the product! Good sound, bonus. Noise canceling, bonus.

It is costly piece of technology that doesn’t stay in your ear canal. I have to be careful when wearing, in fear of loosing. Cost too much to loose

Purchased them as a gift for my mom and she only used them for a month after that they wouldn't charge anymore.

Started failing after 2 months, and apple wont replace them even though they did recalls for the same problems I've been having.

Return don’t like for working out well out of my ear. What is that say up for me?

I don't get motion sick very easily, but these seemed to throw me off bad when I had them on noise cancelling. I had to return them.

I like the style and the comfort !! but the static noise problem is a real problem

Had to return bc they wouldn’t stay in my ears no matter how I pointed the bottoms. I wanted to like them. Got beats wireless pro now.

These are junk! Not worth the price. Wish I could return them, but too late. I don’t use them at all!!!!

Bought in August and they have stopped working, they were not damaged in any way!! A complete waste of money

Gift to my daughter. Only had for a few months and the left one already has gone out. Probably need to pay and get tech to fix.

I cant believe how horrible these sound I guess if you have an IPhone they sound great. Well I'm android user so goodbye horrible pods pro.

They suck . Can’t adjust to your ear so they drop off often , and Best Buy costumer service is disappointing.

They hurt me ear and fall out. Unfortunately I’ve had this issue with all AirPod models: the different sizing cups didn’t help

Right earpod not working. Tried calling for assist but didnt get anywhere with sales person. Disappointing
