The AirPods Pro (1st Generation) are fantastic earbuds when they work well. The sound quality is clear and balanced, the noise cancellation is excellent, and they fit comfortably even for long periods. However, there’s a noticeable downside: the static or crackling issue that many users, including myself, have experienced. This tends to happen during calls or when using noise cancellation in noisier environments. Apple has acknowledged the problem and offered free replacements for affected units manufactured before October 2020, which is a relief. Customer service was quick and helpful when I needed a replacement. Despite the flaw, I’d still recommend the AirPods Pro for their overall performance, but be aware of the potential static issue before buying.

very disappointed with this purchase. battery is keep on dying after every 30 minutes. That is the only problems.

sucks, doesn’t even fit in your ear should have bought the normal AirPods not the pros

Wouldn’t stay in my ear. I tried changing out the size of the plastic coverings and they still fell out

Right pod stopped working. Says it’s charged and have tried resetting/resyncing. Nothing works. Disappointing.

Dont fit as well which leads to falling out easier Was a step backwards taking away the double tap feature

Incredibly deceiving with tracking updates and comes much slower than advertised. Save yourself time and use amazon.

I am not the biggest fan of these wish I could trade them out of the beats but I waited past the 15 days.

Not happy, they disconnect form our devices really easy and they don’t fit as well as the old version

They don't seem to stay in my ears very well even with smallest rubbers ear size. Its okay the sound.
