I really wanted these to work but just did not fit my ears well.

Bought 11/11/19. Stopped working 1/31/20. Buy the 2 year warranty.

These are the best earbuds I’ve ever used. They are very comfortable and fit perfectly in my ears. The sound is unmatched. I like that I can put them in and they automatically connect with my iPhone or iPad without me having to initiate a connection.

Stopped working well after half a year...very disappointing

No good. Will not recommend a refurbished one. Sounds horrible.

The regular air pods are better . These are pretty bulky and hurt

Yeah, I'm what you might call a "critical listener," when it comes to audio and sound. I had some kind of "Beats" product before returning them in exchange for Apple Air Pods Pro. There's more to music besides tons of bass. The Beats had a lot of bass, but it was at the expense of treble and midrange. The Air Pods Pro let me hear the vocals and other instruments much, much better; they're a very "even" sounding audio product. Plus, I own an iPhone, so it's a natural fit. I DID, however, purchase something to keep them together, so I wouldn't lose them. I don't want to pay $75 plus just because a single AirPod fell out of my ear and rolled into the sewer...

Sound quality not up to my standards not enough bass

Whereas the original iteration of AirPods performed poorly in areas with moderate to high levels of ambient noise, AirPods Pro feature much better sound quality is said scenarios. To my ears, they offer more balanced, higher quality audio that my PowerBeats Pro, as ANC really makes a difference. As many others have noted, AirPods feature a delightful, almost magical, pairing experience. From the shiny white color to the intentional "fiddle factor" that Jony Ive & Apple's IDG designed into the case, these headphones are an example of Apple doing what it does best - iterating on a product to make it far more functional and compelling than anything else on the market. It's amazing that Apple was able to pack so much technology into something that only weighs 5.2 grams. This shows that they've learned so much from designing and manufacturing Apple Watch. Overall, I highly recommend them and think AirPods Pro are an engineering and industrial design tour de force.
