Junk… They were good great for the first year. They developed a crackling noise, mainly the right earbud. Won’t buy again.

Very nice earbuds, only complaint is the texture on the black part on the outside of the earbud, if the earbud rubs against anything the noise is deafening inside.

Mine we're perfect the day I bought them however they were faulty the next day so I lived with it for a week however I decided to return the product because it was defective and to my surprise the return process was surprisingly quick and i got a full refund

Sound could be better. Easy to use and I love the noise canceling but the right ear bud started to make an annoying cracking sound. Looked online and it’s a common issue Disappointed with Apple especially at this price point

Very please with my AirPods. I never would have purchased these for myself, but I received them for Christmas. I’m now very happy to have them.

These headphones have been great to use both while exercising and in day to day meetings. The microphone quality is good, and they pair easily with all of my other Apple devices.

I've never written a bad review in my life. I've been an Apple user for about 8 years now. iPhone, apple watch, macbook, airpods. I've had several versions of all of these products. All my family uses is Apple products. These are such a disappointment. I returned the Powerbeats because of intense pain in my ears after an hour of use, and ordered these. Best Buy got them to me 3 weeks early. I was initially very impressed with the sound quality (much better than previous airpods). Noise cancellation and transparency was great, never had a problem with those features. The comfort was ok, but the fit was AWFUL even when i changed the tips. They just wouldn't stay in. On the 3rd day, the right earbud completely stopped working. Wouldn't even connect, but the left worked just fine. Had a red exclamation point on the little widget on the iPhone. I reset the airpods about 10 times, even reset my phone. NOTHING WORKED. According to reddit and google, this is a very common problem. Some people were on their 3rd pair already. So I sat on the phone with AppleCare and got them to rule it a manufacturers defect. I returned them to Best Buy and had more ordered, but I'm 100% going to cancel the order today and just get the Sony WF-whatevers. The airpods pro were a MAJOR waste of money.

We made this purchase a few days before Christmas as a gift. The Apple AirPods Pro do not disappoint! Once again Best Buy went above and beyond in customer service!

I recommend Apple AirPods they are awesome. I had a pair of Bose for over three years like those two per fell in love with the new Apple AirPod Pro

First of all, these do sound very good. I'd argue better than my Powerbeats Pro. The noise cancelling works great. However, I used them once to workout and they fell out multiple times. The silicone tips just don't hold well enough for working out. I was lifting weights, not running also. Had to return them. If Comply comes out with an aftermarket foam tip option, I'll consider buying again, but the silicone tips just don't cut it for what I was using them for.

AirPods Pro are the only AirPods that are worth it. If you have an iPhone and want wireless earbuds, the only option you should consider is AirPods Pro.

Please hold off on judgement until you have been using them for a few months because its very downhill after that. I have had two different generations of airpods and now the pros. I was hoping the connection issues would be fixed by now and bought the pros against my better judgement. I have had numerous issues with multiple replacements of these headphones. The bluetooth connection not only fights with the your macbook and iphone when you are using both but it also refuses to connect regularly. when you click the airpods it sits there for sometimes 5 + minutes trying to connect. I have no fix for this.

These connect way faster to all my devices and never disconnect. Also, they have all the features that I could ever want in wireless ear buds

Good sounding and great noise canceling but be aware starting three months ago the left pod started making a horrible static noise when they are in and nothing is playing. Supposedly this is a know issue and they extended the service on them without telling the people who called. Unfortunate for me I didn’t find out until after the “quiet extension “… I have only used them about once or twice a week while watching videos or listening to music.

Loving the new airpods my husband uses them daily and him being a hvac contractor he’s-able to multitask with them!

Grrat sound quality/insulation but fall off quite often even at normal paced activities like walking or drinking water or eating food etc.

Wonderful sound and ANC, but they kept slipping out of my ears during exercise. Swapped 'em out for Beats Fit Pro. Much happier now.

2 years then the noise cancelled stops working I expected more from apple

The air cancellation isn’t working and the airpod design is too big. It keeps popping out of my ears.
