Be ready for the static noise within a year !

Did not expect to get the static noise issue to start so soon after the purchase. As Usual Bestbuy refused to process return as it is outside the return window. They were not even generous enough to address customer issues.

Won't stay in your ears; charging issues

I'm sort of perplexed about all of the positive reviews for this product. One of the critical functional requirements for earphones is that they actually stay in your ears. These fail miserably on that requirement. In fact, an entire cottage industry has sprung up to sell products that will help them stay in your ears. I'm curious how many users have needed to replace theirs because they've lost one or both of these. Forget about running with these. They won't even stay in while walking. Apple needs to go back to the drawing board with these. Apart from that, have also had issues with charging where they won't easily charge (google "Airpods stuck on 1% won't charge) and you'll see what I mean.

Step Backwards from the old model

First the plus, which is that the sound in this new Pro model is better than the old model. The fatal flaw in these headphones is that they no longer allow you to disable the touch controls. Every time you put them on the simple act of touching the side turns on or off your music. When you're working out and the Airpods are coming slightly loose, when you go to push them back in the music turns off. After a few attempts to touch it and restart that don't work, you have to stop your workout and start the program again. The old Airpods gave you the choice of disabling this feature. I can't think of any reason why Apple would want to force this on a user, but it's definitely a nuisance. Not typical for Apple. I would avoid until they correct this on a future model.

Poorly Made: After 3 weeks, case won't charge

I've had these air pod pros for less than a month and last night the case stopped taking a charge. For some reason only the right pod will charge. The case won't charge and neither will the left pod. Spent an hour with apple customer care troubleshooting only to determine that these pods are defective. I cannot exchange them, however, because I had my phone # engraved on them. So now I have to return and if I want to continue with an engraved case, reorder. I've decided this is all too much work. You have to keep them charged to use them, have to have access to bluetooth for them to work, plus they are not reliable. Too much of a hassle. Going to try something else, that will hopefully be cheaper and better quality than these.

Will not stay in ears. Constantly falling out.

The original AirPods are an everyday necessity to me and I was excited to have a premium option. However, I had to return these due to them constantly falling out of my ears. I tried many tactics from different tips to being sure my ears were exceptionally clean but I did not have any luck. I was constantly pushing these into my ears to avoid them falling out and decided it wasn't worth it. That being said, I do still recommend giving these a try because the sound and other features are nice. I will be sticking to my original AirPods until a better option is available.

Disappointed that now I keep getting loud static sound in one of the airpods. No damage was done. Not sure why this started all of a sudden.

    Complete Garbage

Garbage the only feature that I recognize that works is Noise cancelling. Battery life is horrible. They are not very comfortable. Apple airpods are overrated and too expensive even at 250 dollars it's a rip off. I received mine as a gift so I could not return. If I could I would have. Save yourself time and money . There are other alternatives that are far better and a lot less espensive. Apple is just an example why people waste money in nonsense products

Airpod pros are great...but they died / stopped charging after less than 3 month of use...!! I expect this from cheap Bluetooth knockoff products, but not from Apple.

    Not worth the money

I had high hopes for these upgrading from the 1st generation AirPods. No matter the tips You use they are still super uncomfortable, my ear would be so sore. Also, you can’t use Siri from the headphones themselves, and they are hard to get out if the case compared to the original ones. I had to many complaints for these compared to the 1st generation. The battery life in the 1st generation was my only complaint and too many complaints on the AirPod pros. Save yourself a lot money and buy the second generation ones. They are more comfortable and Siri is available.

    Don't stay in and hurt!

They sound good, BUT... They CONSTANTLY fall out. You can't talk, smile, eat, or basically breathe without them slipping out, They hurt my ears so bad, and not the rubber part but the actual plastic part that fits partially in the ear. It hurts enough that I find myself not listening to things just because I don't want to have them in. Ended up going back to my very comfortable $15 headphones. These don't sound good enough to be worth being in pain the entire time.
