While they finally got with the times and used silicon instead of hard plastic for a better and more comfortable fit, the "premier" feature of noise cancellation is horrible. My 10 year old Klipsch ones sound better and have better niose cancellation. If you are buying these for the noise feature I would look elsewhere like Sony, Samgsung or Klipsch. If you must stay within the Apple environment then I would save the money and buy the regular ones. These are not worth the extra money.

Initially the pods worked great, but 30 days later they won't charge have to take back, Not sure why.

I own the buds and they are great but the charge does not last very long and I can't go far with away from my phone.

Started crackling after a few months. Cheap earbuds.

Let me preface this by saying I am not one to usually write a review on things but I just had to get my experience out there. I am a huge apple product user who has an iPhone, iMac, watch, and AirPods. I wanted to upgrade my generation 1 AirPods and decided this would be the place to go to. Upon purchase and trying on all different ear tips, I got a good fit rating 1/20 times and when tried again 1 minute later, I did not get a good fit rating while using the built in test app. The OG AirPods fit perfectly so I figured the case would be the same for these, I could not have been more wrong. These would not stay in my ear with a solid fit for more than a minute. I even went ahead and bought third party ear tips which still did not fix the problem. I will be returning these AirPods and just upgrading to the AirPod 2s. For the $250 I see no way these could be justified.

I bought this product under the impression that we would be able to use it when it’s opened but unfortunately this was not the case. The AirPods came without a charging cube, and so I was incapable of charging them. They were useless and I was never made aware by Best Buy that they did not come with charging capability. The product is completely useless if I can’t charge it and may as well be a paperweight until I can buy a charging cube or charging pad for it, I already spent all of my money on the Christmas gifts, I would’ve set some aside had I known beforehand that it wouldn’t come with something so essential for its function. This may not be 100% on Best Buy, but they did nothing to ensure I was ready to use the product they sold me and that’s why I cannot give this a higher rating

I some AirPods pro for my wife online, she didn’t like them so we came to this location to return them, the lady there (arianna) said that the serial numbers didn’t match the box, and treated us like some thiefs, I ask to talk to a manager, to see what can I do, but the called manager approached to me and my wife really unprofessional and with a really bad attitude, , I told him that those AirPods are the ones they sent to me and ask him what else can I do to fix this issue, he told me sarcastically to call 1-800-best buy. I bought several times from this location but I’ll never come back,I don’t recommend this place at all, I’m really disappointed.....

Don’t get me wrong when it works (~70% of the time), these buds are great! However at this price range I should have a product which works more than 70% of the time without glitching out randomly - forcing me to pop them in and out of the charging case or even flat out reset them. Multiple times a day they’ll lose connection, not switch from transparency mode to ANC, go completely silent while audio is still playing, dipping dramatically in battery, etc. This happens whether I’m using IOS, Android, Windows, you name it! Again, when it works - these are a great option and they even rival some of my more premium headsets, I’m just severely disappointed with the product’s current state. Perhaps with another year of updates these will be a reliable option, but for now I’d steer clear.

I have been a loyal customer of Apple products. AirPods Pro have got to be the worst purchase I have made. My buy-in for this was the fact that they are noise canceling, I use this product only for work purposes. Cons outweigh the pros 1. I already had to contact Apple to replace my original pair due to high pitch noises each bud would make after putting it on my ear. This happened 33 days with the product. 2. battery sucks on the pods and the case. 3. connectivity problems between my iPhone 11 Pro Max and MacBook Pro. 4. I've used all of the ear bud sized to hold the airPod on my ear and still fall off. Not a fan of this product. Do not recommend. Stick to the original ones and save yourself money.

I'm not a fan. If you don't start out with 2, and try to put the other in, there's a 50/50 chance it'll work. There is a constant clicking noise when I talk to someone within them. And after 1 month of usage, the ear piece that you can supposedly change cushion sizes remained in my ear while I pulled the rest of it out. Luckily it followed but I can't change the sizes because it keeps everything attached popping off because I guess the rubber soles have gotten to snug. They don't stay charged very long. I'd say about a good 4-5 hours. Overall this purchase was not worth is. My Sony ear phones had less issues.

Noise cancellation does not work. There is no difference between it being on or off. Sound quality is not great. Very overrated and over priced. I love all of my Apple products, but I'm pretty disappointed in these!

These are awesome when they are brand new. I am on my second pair from Apple. The first pair started crackling really bad. Google it, the issue is wide spread and Apple even issued an update attempting to correct it but failed. This second pair started crackling which I was just living with but more recently the right pod has started to "howl". I don't know what it is and my warranty is conveniently expired. What a waste of $250. I have been Apple through and through for many years but I just switched to a Note 20 Ultra this year and will be trending that direction. Tired of getting dumped on after spending SO MUCH $$!

Got the product for my Birthday, but I needed to return it. The box was unopened. They wouldn't take it back because Apple products are exempt. I now have an "extra" pair. BestBuy needs to update their policy or train their employees.

Do NOT buy these. People are selling them left and right because they just are not good. The pinch mechanism to change songs, etc. move every time you pinch and have to readjust. These headphones are god awful for working out. The material that ear piece is made up does not stay in your ears when sweating. Don’t buy them. For 300 after Apple care and tax. Honestly these should be cheaper than the originals

The good - ANC, mono with either bud The bad - Won't stay in ears with any of 3 included tips due to large, glossy plastic body. Needs Apple device for all features, Battery life

i charged them for almost 2 hours yesterday and they weren’t fully charged and they died already on me the next day and i only wore them for maybe the most 30 minutes

The first time I used these I was ecstatic, but that ecstasy quickly turned to disenchantment. How is it that these little jewels fit so well, sounded so great, and passed the Ear Tip Fit Test the first day, only to fail ever since? I’ve even tried using costly aftermarket memory foam tips to correct the fit issues, but that didn’t work. So I’m stuck with a $225 pair of earbuds that sound like crap. Frankly, this is the first Apple product that I have ever been dissatisfied with. Hopefully I can unload them.

These were clearly designed by men that have short hair and big ears!!! This is the worst experience with AirPods and way overpriced. These constantly fall out of our ears and bounce all over the place and also get caught up in our hair because of how they stick out rather than being flush with our ears. Too bad Apple's design does not take into account the long hair customer!!! Also not the best sound quality and we annoyingly have to re-pair them each time we go to use them. It's a huge waste of money!

Had nothing but trouble with the Pros. Got it for like 2 months and the left side started rattling and I paid to get the side replaced. Than a month later the right side started rattling also. I didn’t learn my lesson and I kept getting them replaced from Apple and paid the fee everytime for 4 times. Don’t get me wrong they work fine when they work but I do not recommend paying 250 to get them replaced constantly.

Bluetooth keeps disconnecting only used them about 10 times since I got them the connection keeps getting worst every time
