Mine worked well for 2 months and broke for no reason after. With the lockdown I had no way to take it to apple store or anything..

I'm on my 4th set. They just stop working as one of the airpods will stop charging. Apple knows there is this issue but they use it as a way to force you to purchase apple care. A $250 consumer product should stop working after a year or so. It is completely unacceptable.

I used for 1 week then return. It doesn't fit and not stay in my ears. Design like you put ears protection with tail. Quality just like normal $3 earbuds on Ebay or Amazon. Price is very expensive. With that budget, I go to buy Sony WF-1000XM3 Wireless Noise-Canceling Headphones. Sony is THE BEST.

The quality is not up to my expectation. Bought it directly from Apple Retail Store, the left earplug has no voice sometimes after only a month of usage. And the client support is poor and not as knowledgeable about Apple Warranty policy as they should be. Was finally resolved to free return after OVER AN HOUR of phone call!!

I am a first time user of apple products, so I would think that after spending over 250.00 at the very least I would have received a charger to charge the holding case to charge the Air Pods Pro. Such a disappointment, I will be returning them. I do not have time to play these unprofessional games with Best Buy.

These have a very odd shape to them, and are very difficult to seal on many people. Very uncomfortable after a few minutes of use. The left one would cut in and out intermittently, so had to return. Going back to galaxy buds which fit and sound much better.

I tried these out for maybe a week before returning them and buying the beats headphones for the exact same price, I don't think its worth the money now the beats they are perfect wont fall out of your ear adjustable hooks Beats are the perfect headphones

I have only had them about 2 days and they constantly disconnect from my iPhone. I keep my phone with me at all times and they were charged. I will reconnect in Bluetooth settings and they say they are connected, but they really aren’t.

This product is terrible! I can’t believe it got 4.7 stars here. The AirPods Pro do not stay in my ears, they do not even come with a proper charger for the case, and now audio seems to only come from the left AirPod.

For the price This head phones are crap compared to the Sony sony wf-1000xm3 and the Samsung live or the new samsung buds, shoot even the $30 mpows sond better than this overpriced apple crap.

Terrible time trying to get airpods to connect to my Surface. And if you get them connected they will not be the next time, and you can start all over again. Good luck.

No charger adapter. For the price Apple charges you would think including the right ac adapter would be a no-brainer.

These worked for about a year and a half then started making Crackling noises.

They fall out so easily, Ive even bought memory foam buds for it, but it does not help. Would not recommend.

Cheaper at target and Walmart! What gives bestbuy .
