Great sound quality and love that you can easily swap between blocking-out external sound and hearing other sounds around you. And ordering ahead and picking up car side at Best Buy worked out really well.

Out of all the wireless earphones that I had this ones are amazing, great sound great Noise Cancelation etc. I been a user of the Galaxy Buds +, Galaxy Buds Live and Beats by Dre no competition.

Best wireless headphone experience for users of multiple Apple devices. These seamlessly switch from iPhone to iPad during mixed use of the two devices. Noise canceling is good and fit is ok.

Great product and easy to use. Good ambient noise reduction. Hard case for charging station is truly ideal for on the go hands free conversation with quick hands free roam-about with both hands always available to handle daily life functions.

I was expecting typical Apple perfection with these, but found myself disappointed at several turns. The packaging is what you would expect, and the build quality also what you'd expect. But the Apple magic stopped there. The ear pieces were uncomfortable at best, and hard to fit into normal size ear canal openings. I have normal size ear canal openings and had to use the smallest sized cones. They don't stay in as advertised and not that I'm a runner, just doing chores like vacuuming or mopping, they would tend to start slipping out. The larger sized cones just didn't do it, too big to get in far enough to be useful. So, once we get past that, the transparency mode, which I was most excited about, didn't work as expected. It's almost like someone didn't program the feature properly because I could hear traffic noise when out having a smoke at 2am, and the traffic was far away, yet in the same room with my wife, I could not hear her when using this mode. And this scenario played out over and over. The hearing aid mode, also was a fail. Noise cancellation worked great, it would drown out all surrounding noise, which for some is great, but not for me - I want to know what is going on around me, even when I'm home. That is why transparency mode was such a disappointment. The sound quality was no better than all the other Apple ear buds, AirPods, and nothing here to report as special. Frankly the Apple headphone line is overall a disappointment because in the Apple world, you cannot have a real equalizer, you can do a bass boost, or a treble boost, but not both. I don't know why, but you cannot. And if you use the equalizer with these, sound is even further degraded. From a sound quality standpoint, you have to accept that what you get is what you get. You won't get the high end nor the bass, just kind of average sound. I was one of those who fell into the hype, without having tried them out, and once I did, I realized it was just hype.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas and he is obsessed with them. He loves the noise cancelling feature. I shopped around and Best Buy has the best price at $199 so happy with that too.

Great sound quality and very good noise cancellation. The only issue that I have with them is that, they are a bit big for my ears. Coming from the regular AirPods to the pros, they started hurting my ears after about 10-25 mins. I’m still getting used to them but other than that, really good earphones.

Normally earbuds bother me. I can wear these for hours and hours and they’re comfortable and the sound quality is amazing! I love the surround sound and noise cancellation!

I prefer these over the basic versions that I have. I still have an issue with the rubber insert fittings after I've used the closest size for my ears. The airpods still fall out of my ears easily while running sometimes. Have to keep adjusting. Overall, the sound quality is great.

...are pretty awesome! Never have I had Apple earbuds that have fit comfortably in my ear until these, with the silicone attachments. The sound output is very good, although like Beats and Bose, they're lacking lows. The best feature of the AirPods Pros is the noise cancellation, and adaption to surrounding noise.

Bought it for my teenage son and he loves it. Bit pricey, but hey it is Apple.. what can you expect! If I had to buy for my use, I'd not have due to other great options like Sony or Bose.

I was reluctant to purchase. However it was cheaper than a brand new IPhone. I’m glad I did. Now when I’m on the phone using the AirPods the other party can hear so much clearer. Definitely recommend.

I’ve always been an Apple brand user for many years. If they ever make there’s like those new Samsung live beans, apple would be unbeatable. I still like these for one reason they’re not as long and does not look like a stick hanging out of your ear as bad as the first and second generation AirPods.

This is a great investment! The noise cancellation is wonderful you can’t hear anything when is in this mode. They are comfortable and easy to work. I would definitely recommend this product.

Just Perfect . If you liked the first air pods apple Released you are going to love this even more . Perfect for working out , jogging etc. not to mention they look and feel better on the ear .

Great sound quality. Noise cancellation works appropriately when the pods are properly fit in the ear. The ear pieces provided do not match my ear well. Have to keep readjusting them.

I gave these to my husband for Hanukkah and he loves them. He loves that all the peripheral noise at the fitness center is blocked out. He loves that are easy to charge on a wireless charger. Very happy hubby.

I had the first generation AirPods and I didn’t enjoy them at all. They messed up on me after a month of use. I upgraded to the pros and they’re still working as good as new. Love them.
