The sound of the AirPod pros is very good. The problem I have is with the battery life. That being said, I purchased the extra protection plan and had to use it. I had damage to my left earbud, so I was sent a new left earbud. Then I would use them, charge them afterwards, start to use them the next day and the right earbud would be fully charged and the left one would be dead. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling them and still have the problem. I would expect more for $250 earbuds. When they work they sound great. I also have a hard time with the fit, but figure that is subjective. I am now using cheap $35 earbuds. The sound is not great, but the battery life is very good.

I'm a big fan of Apple products, however, this airpods pro design is not good. First of all, they fall out easily, even without doing exercise. I changed the buds 3 times and left the smallest but have the same issue. The noise-canceling is good but doesn't block out external noise, I can still hear tv sound for example. I like much more the previous models. My sister and I bought the airports pro the same day and she decided to return them.

Purchased as a Christmas gift. The AirPods were well received and have been put to excellent use. The sales personnel at BestBuy was very helpful and efficient. The AirPods were purchased as a last minute gift and I hit the jackpot. The price of the AirPods was 15% over other retailers but worth the great service. Thanks BestBuy!
