For those having problems with the previous generation staying in your ears, this one is definitely better. The sound is great for listening to music and talking. The only thing that would make this complete is if they had the piece that goes in the crevice of the war to ensure the device from dropping out like the Bose Soundsport offers.

These earbuds are extremely easy to use with an iPhone. The noise cancellation isn’t as good as top-quality over the ear headphones, but decent. Sound quality is very good for earbuds and the controls on the earbud stems work very well. I dropped one of the buds into water and promptly removed it, and the earbud still works fine.

Originally had no desire to spend so much on ear buds, but they are completely worth it. The ease of connectivity, the ability to seamlessly switch between any apple or bluetooth device and the noise cancellation are unmatched. Luckily I was able to take advantage a sale so it was a great deal afterall.

These AirPods I bought for my wife. She had the original AirPods and found them difficult to keep clean and ruined one of them cleaning it. These were the answer to her issue. The silicone inserts are easy to take care. We bought these as the original were very good at connecting and had excellent sound. I would buy them again.

I am so happy that I purchased the AirPods Pro. They fit my ears perfectly. They hold a charge for about 3 1/2 hours listening to music/podcasts. So easy to use with my iPhone. My only suggestion to Apple is that they provide the USB-C power adapter with the product. I was bummed that I had to buy it separately.

Quality ear buds. Great charge and connect very easily.

I wanted new airpods because the first generation eventually just started to suck. The volume was always too high so I could hear. When I got the airpod pros noise cancellation allowed me to not have my music, etc. be overly loud. I can enjoy more than I could with the first generation.

Sometimes I have trouble playing Spotify on my AirPods but it could be my iPhone 11 Pro acting up since the 12 came out (lol). But it works about 95% of the time and the sound quality, noise cancellation, and ease of use are next to none. Do not get the AirPods over the AirPods Pro’s. The Pros are so much better and have way less issues. I’d rate them 4.9 if I could. Also, get a case or skin. You will drop them and it will scratch the charging case which no one wants

Overall, I've been using the first gen since they came out when upgrading to the these listening to music actually became a bigger difference. The noise cancellation is quite a nice touch, as well as the design although I was worried about actually really is a snug fit into the ear, do recommend for apple users!

I like the features quick connect and noise cancellation. Use iTunes for better sound quality. Apple could have provided more power backup, around 3 hours of talk time with a single charge concerning a bit. An inward-facing microphone listens inside your ear for unwanted sound, which is also eliminated with anti-noise - one of the best feature. But, you may notice slight disturbance for a second initially when the noise started from other party and it may occur multiple times.

Excellent sound quality and construction. In fact, after testing many brands of wireless music devices (Beats, Bose, etc.) these are the best. The noise cancellation is very good and the ability to switch music and answer calls is amazing for so small an item is great. With the new silicone ear inserts they stay in place beautifully too.

I am a long time user of Apple products and they have outstanding equipment. This one is no exception. Ease of use, function, engineering design and sound quality is superb for cost. I ding it one star as the ear pieces fall out of my ear when I walk. When I bend over to pick it up, the other one falls out. I’ve tried all three sizes and it doesn’t seem to make much difference. So is it the product or do I have difficult/mutant ear canals? Must be me if everyone else does not have a problem.

The noise cancelation is so good, great AirPods good sound

I'm usually frugal with my purchases but my brother bought these and the sound was incredible. Added bonus, I run often and these don't fall out. I waited for them to go on sale and even then it was a bit pricey but in my opinion well worth it. This coming from someone that routinely buys cheap $20-$30 headphones.

I’ve been wanting to try these since they came out, but already had two sets of the regular AirPods (thought I lost the first ones, bought replacements...found the first ones again. You know how it goes!) I’m SO glad I bit the bullet and got them. The regular AirPods (and all hard headphones) really hurt my ears. Apparently I’m more of a delicate flower than I like to think. These are perfect for me. I don’t notice them in my ears and have been really happy with the sound quality. I mostly wear them on walks around my neighborhood, listening to podcasts. Spotify sounds great through them too (don’t come at me - I’m def not a fancy music listener, can’t speak to the tonal quality or any of that jazz). It has taken me a while to get used to having phone conversations through them - I catch myself speaking louder than necessary because of the noise cancellation (inching closer and closer to being a boomer every day). That being said - it’s all MY issue, not the AirPods Pro. They’re great. Get ‘em and your dainty ears will love you for it.

I love love love the new AirPods 2! The noise cancellation is the best feature in my opinion. It definitely cancels out at least 95% of the noise around you! Amazing! I also love that these fit really well in my ears, not like the 1st generation AirPods that constantly were falling out. Good job Apple!

Great sound! Great look, lightweight and also transparent.

For Apple users, these should be a no brainer. The AirPods Pro are a definite step up from the previous Airpods. They fit better in the ear and the sound is great. They also have a noise cancelling feature that I don't know how I lived without. They are a little pricey but worth every dime.

So happy with these ear buds. The transparency feature is great for exercise outside like running and biking. Great audio quality. Best of all they stay in my ears which never worked with my Sony ear buds. These are a great one two punch with my Bose QC35ii noise reduction headphones which are way too big for exercise.

These are fantastic! I have had generic earbuds. They worked fine. But these automatically connect to all my apple devices. They sound great. Noise canceling works well. Transparency mode allows me to hear music or phone call and sounds around me. I’m so glad I spent the extra money on them.
