Great sound but a bit uncomfortable. I only wear them for an hour max otherwise my ear starts hurting

Wife loves them. Paid the extra for the Pros. WORTH IT. I stole them to try out and now I want some. The pros stay in the ear better. and the active noise canceling actually works. Its not complete noise canceling but its dang near it. Still plenty worth the money as long as she doesn't lose them haha.

Fast charging great sound quality very very comfortable always reliable. They have never died during use and I typically only have to charge them once every three days or so depending on how many times I listen to music or how long my phone conversations are.

I bought these because the older version would fall out of my ears. These are perfect. They don’t fall out, transparency mode allows me to listen to music while also being engaged in my regular activities. Noise canceling is also another feature I love when I just want to get away from the world. No complaints

Second pair I have purchased. This pair was for a friend who had not experienced how nice these are. He really enjoyed the fact that the lasted through his zoom meetings with out having to recharge them. Plus the added bonus of noise canceling to keep distractions to a minimum.

Work great sound great. Stay charged great. I was very disappointed in the 4 months free offer for Apple Music. I do not have apple music but because I have an Apple ID I was told I was not eligible. I choose to purchase from Best Buy instead of ordering from Apple because of the FREE offer. So much for 4 months FREE.

Great headphones, especially when paired with iPhone.

I am one of those unlucky individuals whose ears do fit the standard model. It is very difficult to find in ear headset/earbuds that fits me. This one is an exception that fits very well. Many buyers have commented here that this set sounds great, and I fully agree. Connecting to Apple devices in a snap.

Had the AirPods 1 for about 4-5 years. I liked them. It was just time to upgrade. So far the pros have been working good. They are comfortable, lightweight & sound is incredible. Sometimes it can be a bit difficult to remove the pods from the charging case. Not all that of a big deal.

I bought these as an upgrade from my original air pods. The audio quality is very good, I like the customizable fit and the noise cancellation. The only reason that I give these a four star rating and not a fine is battery life and the touch controls. Controlling the old air pods was much easier with dirty hands because you only had to thump them to issue commands instead of squeeze the stem. The battery life is decent but nothing outstanding.

I originally purchased them for myself. But my son asked to borrow them and loves them. So now I have to go out and purchase another pair. The fit into he ear so nicely and the sound is awesome. I would recommend them to my friends and family. If you want a great sounding and fitting headset. Look no further.

I wear these for 6-8 hours a day at work and they have held up great. They have a great sound quality, fit well, and the noise cancellation is excellent. I work in a lot of very loud equipment rooms and with the noise cancellation I can protect my ears and still hear some great music at the same time.

Wasn’t too sure how I’d feel going to these from my original AirPods but I love them. The sound and battery life are incredible. The only thing I don’t love is using only one for phone calls. If I turn off the noise cancellation and transparency, it’s okay, but a little cumbersome to do that.

I like the original AirPods, so I was reluctant to purchase the Pros. But I am sure glad I did. They perform flawlessly, and deliver not only great bass, but an overall a quality sound experience. I hear instrument lines on songs I've never heard before. Some of my old music is brand new. Pricey, but worth it!!

These Airpods Pro are outstanding and a big upgrade to the previous version. Since they have small ear gels, they don't fall out! They don't even ever feel like that are close to falling out and don't hurt my ears even after extended use. The noise cancelling is pretty good also and works really well when flying.

I waited to buy these because my son had them & they did not look stable. I was afraid they would fall out on a hike. So I bought the new iPad Pro & had to go wireless so I went top of the line. So glad I did. They are awesome. No more wires & the sound is amazing, love the bass they put out.

Couldn’t be any happier! Sound quality is great and it’s easy to switch between my MacBook and my iPhone which was one of my concerns. The active noise cancelling is also really helpful, specially if I’m trying to get some work done and there’s distracting noise around.

If you own an iPhone and you're looking to get wireless ear buds, you have to get the AirPods or AirPods Pro. I purchased the AirPod Pro and was not disappointed. In case you're unaware, Apple is soon to update the AirPod Pro. The available information indicates they'll be no major change in performance but more along the lines of a shorter stem. Shaped more line a giant kidney bean. The Pro already has shorter stems than the standard AirPods. The major difference between the Pro and standard AirPods being the Pro has Active Noise Cancellation and Silicone Ear Tips (3 sizes included). But because of the planned update, the Pro is often discounted, so get 'em while you can. The sound quality is excellent and ANC is above average. The other nice thing is Apple AirPods pair instantly to your iPhone. The only thing to be aware of is there is no volume control on the buds. You control volume from your phone or by Siri command. That's a non issue for me, but just wanted you to know.
