Sounds quality is great! Unfortunately I have to return my pair because they do not fit my ear.

Apple - AirPods Pro - White are great sounding ear phones but they fell out of my ear while bike riding.

Excellent Product. Works absolutely fine, have not observed any issue so far.

Apple’s quality has gone downhill while price points have skyrocketed. I’ve had these for less than a year, already have problems charging them both equally. Now one side doesn’t charge at all unless I hold it down in the charger case. Wonder how much this will cost me. Don’t even bother trying to have a phone call with these either, the person on the other end ONLY picks up ALL background noise or you constantly cut out making these absolutely useless for calls. The noise cancellation is great when working out, but these fall out of your ears so easily I am constantly readjusting. There is just no reason why we can’t have products with longer battery life. It makes no sense. The battery is ok on these but I am always charging the case or charging the AirPods. For spending $270 out the door I definitely expected more & wish I would have held out for some actual headphones.

This was a birthday gift for my son. He totally loves them! He likes the comfort and the noise cancelling.

Was super stoked to find these available from Best Buy. Many other retailers were out of stock. I appreciated the curb side pick up as well. It was fast easy and comfortable being able to sit in my car and just have the back end open in order to keep social distancing a priority. Much appreciated!

They are very good. The best that Apple has out right now. But not $100 more than regular AirPods better.

A great improvement from the previous model. A bit too expensive.

My son bought these for me as a gift a couple of years ago, and to be honest I’m really disappointed in them, especially for the price he paid. Since they are noise canceling they must seal the ear canal so Apple put silicone ear plugs on them, which is fine and comfortable, but they fall out too easily. I can’t count the number of times they have fallen out. As far as sound is concerned they sounded good until about a year and a half after I got them. The right earpiece buzzes at a certain frequency and is distorted (like a blown speaker) and the left one now has screeching feedback occasionally. So if you are using them for the gym, or other physical activity, then I would suggest getting the regular wireless Apple AirPods. My son has had these for years, uses them in the gym each day and raves about them; he hasn’t had any problems with them.

These are my go to headphones. I own the series 1, the jump in product quality got even better with the pros.

These headphones are great. Make sure to put the appropriate size tips on though. If you don't size properly, they will fall out of your ears. Also, make sure to check out some of the spatial audio clips on YouTube with them. It is like going from 480i to 4k with these things.

Not worth the price tag in my opinion thankfully it was a gift. They keep falling out of my ears despite coming with different sizes none give a proper fit. I have a warranty & am Considering returning. The Bluetooth hands free feature is great , sound on phone is great , music sound nothing to brag about. If buying for music spend ur $$ on a Bose instead.
