Originally purchased pair on eBay and everything was identical to real thing including all packaging. Those turned out to be counterfeit. They would not stay connected. Returned those and got the real deal. Work perfect. I can work outside without my phone and they stay connected and sound amazing.

The overall sound quality on the AirPods is great. The sound of the music is crisp and clean. It has noise cancelling and transparency mode which both work very efficiently, the noise canceling is very good, however I can still hear people talking slightly.

great headphones sounds great could pack a punch but wished they could get slightly louder but that's me i like loud music plus these are bluetooth so yeah. but with iPhone had no problems until i lost the case i have Apple Care on these Air Pods but it didn't cover it i had to pay $100 for a case!!! ridiculous... but that noise cancelling is the best. if you were to buy them at the mall and try them on you be stunned how silent the world gets .

I really like the AirPods Pro earbuds. I bought them to replace an older pair of AirPods (non Pro) that was no longer holding a charge well. The AirPod Pros fit so much better than the non-Pro model in my ears. The sound quality and battery life of these earbuds is very good as well!

Super easy to set up like the other AirPods. You can also customize them in your settings to make them how you want. They come with different tip sizes and are noise cancelling, which is very hard to come by (especially without having them wrap completely around your ears). Definitely recommend!

I've had 2 of these now and highly doubtful I'll buy another. I had to take my original in to Apple store because only one bud would work. Come to find out this is a known manufacturer defect/issue. (That's what I was told via phone support and in the Apple store) The first time Apple replaced and got me working. However 4 months later the exact same thing happened again and they said it was out of warranty to buy another. I bought something else but still use these from time to time because every once in awhile they will both work again. When they do work they are great. The sound quality on phone calls is better than other Bluetooth ear buds I own and they I've tried. Music wise there isn't much base but there is a little. The battery life is not good if you are looking to make many or longer phone calls. I understand the case is available to charge them but if I'm making numerous phone calls throughout the day they will die before the end of my work day. I carry a pair of beats ear buds with me as well because of this and the previous mentioned issue.

Really impressive active noise cancellation, and even more its transparency mode. it's like you don't have them on, feels really natural. Also, they are light and small which makes them comfortable to use over long periods of time. Sound quality is great.

Best AirPods to date.. they actually stay in your ears thanks to the new design the others always slid out my ear. They could be slightly louder but since I’m a iPhone user they have gave me the best results an I’ve had them all

I have never been an air pods person... But these air pods pro made me a believer! They sound very good! Ease of use and connection flawless! Very comfortable in my ear! Only improvement? The 4.5 hour charge which I my opinion not a big deal!!! Apple made me a believer!!!

The normal apple wired earbuds just fall out of my ears. So after reading the reviews on the new AirPods Pro, I wanted to see if they were any better. Wow, I'm impressed! The fit is great, and I really like being able to easily switch between noise cancellation and transparency modes. Well worth the $$.

The Airpod Pro's make for a great gift and addition to the iPhone, Macbook, or any other Apple device. There can be some connectivity issues, but the connectivity issues are nothing in comparison to the earlier versions. They are lightweight and typically fit in the ear well. Aesthetically, the case is too big and bulky. It could have been designed better but this is not nearly as important as the function, which is sufficient.

These have great sound and noise canceling. My son puts them in and can't hear me yelling at him. Which he likes but it drives me crazy lol. He said he thinks they are far superior to the previous model (he has both). He says they are comfortable and stay charged for a long time.

I bought these to replace my corded and cumbersome noise cancelling headphones. These are lightweight with excellent sound quality. It is wonderful how it seamlessly connects with my iPhone. The noise cancelling feature is especially nice when mowing the lawn etc. to drown out the unwanted noise.

Have been excellent, easy to use, and the charging case is great. Still trying to get a feel for battery life, but so far it has been good. I did have to charge it quickly once as they were drained. It charged enough to use in 15 minutes. I would recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love this style of AirPods! The original don't fit my ears well but the AirPods Pro are perfect! They are comfortable, my ears haven't gotten sore from wearing them all day, the battery life is excellent, and the noise cancelling feature is amazing! I would definitely recommend this product!

Sound quality is great and I love the sound canceling mode. I use them sometimes to just have some quiet. I do not like the silicone ear tips, I prefer the foam tips that are available for 3rd party companies. They are easy to connect and as the saying goes, they just work.

Bought 2 pair of these earbuds for my kids. They both love them. The pros are smaller then the reg. AirPods which makes it nice. Sound quality is outstanding. Your able to do just about anything with these earbuds. Calls, music, noise canceling, and much more. They link up to your device with no problems.

Very good sound. Good sound canceling. Somewhat comfortable but start to hurt ears after about 2 hours. Not something you could wear all day (at least for me). Battery life is good. Lasts at least a full day. They are an essentially tool for me. I would not pay full price for them but if you can find them on sale for around $150 then definitely get yourself a pair.

Great headphones - noise cancellation is an awesome feature. Charge time (usage time) is good compared to other 'full' wireless headphone but could be better. However, recharge time in case is quick and convenient. Wife and I both purchased a set and are very happy with them.
