I upgraded the promotion being offered for airpods to airpods pro when I purchased a MacBook Pro for my son in July. He already had airpods, but had wanted for some time now to get airpods pro and was very excited to receive them. He LOVES the new and better features they provide!

I bought these for my 15yr old son. He’s hard to please and he says they’re great. I think these are a little expensive but time will tell. If they last a couple of years I’ll be happy. The wireless charging case is nice because he doesn’t like to charge his other pair

Good sound quality. Noise blocking and transparency modes are convenient

I love everything about these AirPods. The only problem I have with them is they slide out of my ear. I have small ears and have tried all 3 sizes provided and they eventually slip out. Other than that I absolutely would recommend! Also remember you don’t have to have a IPhone to use.

We bought these as a present for my dad! It was the perfect gift for his time working from home. I don’t think he could have been happier! The integration between Apple products is second to none, I don’t think any other company would have such a good integration.

reallly good for sound but I didnt like the fit in my ear as much as the regular air pod

Good buds, great noise cancelling. sometimes doesn't always connect, so keep the case near by

I ordered Air pod pro from Best Buy application. At the time of check out I selected free in store pick up. And in less than 30 minutes I got notification on my smart phone that your order is ready for pick up. Well organized staff & smart phone application as well. Thank you!

The sound cancelling works good but connection can be poor at times. After 45 minutes one earbud will just quit. People say at times lots poor sound quality. Liked my original air buds better, have found these expensive for the quality of connection.

Love the sound of the earphones. However, the case is horrible at keep a charge.

Works really well. I like the noise canceling function. Not as comfortable as the previous models.

We bought these for our daughters birthday. We were told at the time of purchase from Best Buy that the additional Apple plan covered damage, loss, theft etc. Our daughters friend lost her charging case - went back to Best Buy and was told yes it’s covered and will be no cost but had to go thru apple. Apple advised us they were not covered and it cost $110 - plus we had paid $20 for coverage that didn’t cover anything. Very disappointing.

The noise cancelling is excellent. However I have tried all 3 ear attachments (s,m,l) and find these work themselves out while working out. I will keep using them but I have to make sure I push them in every so often. Also I prefer the old “tap” controls and opposed to the “press” to stop the music or change songs..

The noise canceling capabilities are great. They connect easily and work with non apple products.

Excellent audio for average consumer. If you are an audiophile look for another option.

Works just as good as the pair I lost... I really like the spacial audio and the auto connect feature to whatever apple devices you are using. I have had no issues with them connecting to the correct device. If you have iPhone or iPad I would highly recommend these.

Love them. Use everyday for work. Wish mic was just a bit better, same with iPhone connectivity, but light years ahead of competitor integrations (as long as you use with an iDevice). Wish I had two sets for continuous use while one charges during constant WFH calls.

Good product very light and versatile but not great. Will get the job done though!
