great sound quality. does not connect to multiple devices at once like the galaxy buds

Hoping Best Buy will allow me to exchange these even though we have passed the return period (purchased in February). Believe this pair may be defective. My son worked various summer jobs to save for these. He wanted to buy from various local social media sites for a discount, but I would only allow him to purchase from Best Buy (hence full price) and in my opinion the best way to go. He’s having challenges with charging as well as inconsistency with the AirPod performance. He takes great care of his electronics and other general items. As a side note when he was looking at AirPods on social media sites for sale we called Apple several times and they assisted us on what to check for to spot a fake, verify serial numbers and emailed a terrific article to guide us. Very grateful to the Apple techs for their time and education. That being said my son agreed to purchase new from Best Buy. We may have just been unfortunate and received a defective pair

These were an anniversary gift from my husband after trying and returning the Sony earbuds and the regular AirPods. These are more comfortable but still fall out if I’m not careful. I have to keep pushing them back in (in their defense I have a small ear). Sound is great. I like being able to block out noise or not. I would still recommend them.

Great sound and bass. Too big for my ears though. Cant put it for too long.

Great And also a good gift for kids.I think they are to expensive, hopefully the price will go down.

The noise cancellation works well. Comfortable to wear. Integrates well with Apple devices.

They’re not mind blowing by any means for their price. I’d give them more stars if they didn’t force you to buy a whole new pair just to get a replacement ear foam. Sure it’s not apple’s fault I misplaced my extras, but does Mercedes make to buy a new car because you lost your gas cap?

I like how you can wear these and with the setting to hear outside you don’t even notice them after a while. I do like how you can set it to announce text messages that come in. The Mike’s work really well and the noise canceling is really nice. I can’t wait to try these on an airplane.

Fits much better than the previous airpods. Not too bad. Difficult to clean.

Too expensive . Barely use it. Apple you need to drop the price on your medium product

I love these. The sound is awesome. I just wish they adjusted a little better for smaller ears.

I confess I love all my Apple products and these are no exception. They connect easily and the sound is terrific. I keep adding to my “orchard” and I’m never disappointed. Apple consistently makes the most reliable and secure products on the market

airpods are awesome, but i like the fit and feel of the older generation pods better.

I’m really enjoying my Apple AirPods Comfortable for talking or music when walking outside! Wireless charging is a bonus! Luke was the associate that helped me at the Morgantown WV store. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend!

Great sound quality and the noise reduction was equally as impressive, but the inability of the headsets to stay secured in the ear made me return them. As someone who works out frequently I needed a more secure solution. If they worked on something that would stay put during exercising I would seriously consider buying them again.

5 stars for one specific reason - they stay in my ear while talking, laughing, eating, and walking around. Apple nailed the balance on theses, they shift slightly but don't come out on their own when my jaw moves around or my ears flex from talking.

Noise cancelling works really well. Only downside for me is comfort.

Excellent device, but to be honest its really expensive I dont think is worth.
