Bought this as a gift for my sister to upgrade her failing iPods. She loves them because she can adjust the tip size for a more secure fit. However, her favorite feature is the noise cancellation so she can block out her teen daughter.

love the noise cancelling, so worth it. also super comfortable to wear and great size

Sound is good but it doesn’t come with a charging port. You need a usbc plug in .

The sound great. But Apple has to find the way to keep it in your ears.

Some of the best ear buds I’ve owned. I have bought several different pair of ear buds at all different price range and I would have to say these are by far the best from hand free calling to listening to music. They are a bit pricey though.

Great sound. I wish the battery lasted longer like the Bose headset.

Great! These were a gift because I have a pair and love them! The person that received them had used those that plug into the phone previously. "How much easier life is with the AirPods"....and the "Pro" are just that much better for quality and sound.

It is a forerunner amid a crowded field of wireless earplugs, and there is everything to like, from fit to finish and the quality of sound. However, it will not "boom" with bass to the max, if you are looking for that. Integration with iphone 7 is seamless.

I have a fairly new pair of Beats Audio over the ear wireles that are pretty good . Haven't used them since I got the AirPod Pros. I especially like the transparency, easier to keep track of the dog. My only regret is I didn't get them sooner!

Like the look of them and have great sound. I don’t like that they sometimes fall off.

The new Airpods Pro are great for using while running, and have a good audio quality as well.

Second pair of Airpods bought for my daughter, my first pair had the static problem. I went to the apple store and they replaced them, no more static. Only thing I would gripe about is the poor battery life but that much of an issue.

It all comes down to compatibility & usability on iPhones versus audio quality. It is dead easy to use with Apple devices. Pairing and switching is sooooo easy! BUT, the audio quality is crap, given the price. I own both Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless (gen 1) and Sony WF-1000XM3. Whether you like a sound signatures is definitely personal, but Senny's have a wonderfully rich sound. One *almost* forgets these are in-ear wireless headphones. Sony's are also really good, but to my taste, a little too analytical... good but don't have a "personality." These Apple ones don't even compare in the same league... the frequency rolls off the top, and the mids are way too forward. Great for vocals (and phone calls) but not good at all for instruments. I did update my phone to ios 14 and experienced the spatial audio. It was freaky at first, but really fun! It is like having a 5.1 gaming headphones, but of course with the crappy sound quality. I'll be honest and say, the only reason why I got these is to use the audio sharing feature so that both my wife and I can watch shows on a screen together while the baby is asleep.

The sound quality is better than the original AirPods. The noise cancelling is great. Hard to get used to pushing on the stands to change songs. Not a very secure fit either. No matter what tip I tried, they worked themselves loose. The pain...... they really hurt my ears to wear them. I ended up giving them away to my daughter who uses them.

I really like these; have tried several other brands. My only complaint is that they last only about three hours before they are at 20%; but, pop one out, let it charge for 5 minutes, swap, and then wear both for 3 more.

Takes some time getting use to for sure, but all in all great ear buds.
