I bought them for a gift and they love it . They fit good in the ears and the volume is good.

I was really excited about these. The sound quality was amazing. The noise cancelling feature was cool too. However, after an hour in, they hurt the inside of my ears. I guess the shape of my ears do not lend itself to this design. Had to return and go with the original AirPods that are smaller and much more comfortable in my ears.

A nice upgrade from my originals! I wasn't expecting the difference in quality.

I’ve had here since Jan 2020 and it has a good sound but my powerbeats sound much better.These constantly fall out of my ear. They have a static sound in my left and a rattling sound in my right. The perks of answering a phone call or summoning Siri do not outweigh the poor sound quality.

Sound is crisp and the noise cancellation is no joke. Every song sounds like it’s in 4D.

These come with three different size ear inserts, but still are uncomfortable. If you are looking for something that is miniature, then these will do fine, but if you really want comfort and sound deadening, these are NOT even close. If I had it to do over I would buy Bose or Sony over the ear even if they cost a little more.

Worth every penny. I am normally a Bose QC loyalist, but these earbuds are just so convenient, easy to travel with, and the noise cancellation and transparency mode can stand up against QC noise cancellation and "aware mode." Highly recommend.

I bought these as a gift. If they perform like the set I have, I will be pleased. I purchased these with a price match so the price was excellent. One good thing is Apple stands by their products regardless of they were purchased.

Overall great product. Unfortunately even with the smaller tips they are not comfortable for me to wear them in all the time (I’m petit). I have to remove them after a little bit and usually I can’t wear them as deep into my ear canal as I would like for them to feel steady, or it hurts my ears. Still great functionality and features, just wish they were a tad smaller- not one size will fit all.

Against better judgment when buying electronica items I bought this at Best Buy. I should’ve bought at Costco because they give the free extended warranty. Unfortunately it will start connecting to my phone. Not sure what is happening but when it does work there is now a delay in connecting. Unfortunately can’t return to Best Buy. Costco would’ve been no problem.

Sometimes connection switches left to right, but all in all nice EarPods. Not worth the $249.
