Very good product to use I was very impressed good job apple

Got my wife these and she doesnt use them. They sound great though.

The lates AirPods are a huge jump from gen 2. So many features added that address any shortcomings of the 1st and 2nd generations. They expand your control over the phone and the Apple Watch boosts its value even more. Big fan.

I'd been a long time user of Apple products and was rather intrigued by a noise cancelling headphone offering. I have worked in remote settings long before the pandemic and as a Software Engineer, I spend a great deal of time with headphones. For years, my go-to has been Bose Quietcomfort, over the ear headphones. I've never had any issues swapping between personal/work Macbooks or my iPhone, but while they offer obviously superior sound (over the ear, larger drivers, et cetera), they don't fit in a pocket... The original AirPods were just never interesting to me as I wanted something with noise-cancelling capabilities. The AirPod Pros add decent (though not amazing nor nothing as good as my Bose QC headphones) noise cancelling and I appreciate the "transparency" mode when riding a bicycle (I want to hear road noise). The controls on the AirPod Pros are a bit simplistic... you lose some of the functions on a regular pair of Lightning headphones. They sound... okay. They happen to fit my ears. However, the battery life is rather pathetic (compared to the competitors which The Wirecutter recommends more). I could put up with all of that if... they still worked. From the outset, I had problems with these headphones. When switching between my 2020 Macbook Pro and my iPhone 11 Pro Max, they would often just drop for no reason. This was annoying, but they would reconnect. Then about two months ago, the right one would drop randomly and never reconnect. I tried everything from resetting to re-pairing the AirPod Pros and nothing seemed to work. Then I reached out to Apple. Because these are over a year old, I have to pay out of pocket to fix them... to the tune of $89 per piece (counting the case as a separate piece). Just garbage. Not only should a product last longer than that (I got those Bose QC 35 II headphones 4 years ago and have had no issues), their competitors offer a longer warranty standard. I don't care if I can't just go to "the Genius Bar" to obtain replacements. At least I won't be out of pocket. If you must have them (because they're made by Apple), I would suggest exercising the warranty if you have any issues. Mine never wanted to charge both pieces at the same time (I'd leave them over night, clean the connections with isopropyl and a cotton swab). I should have requested replacements the moment they started dropping connections randomly. Now I just have a "pretty" set of $250 ear decorations.

Sounds great would recommend it for anyone who loves wireless earphones

The sound it’s very clear and very light to carry in my ear.

They work really well. I enjoy using them a lot but the charge does not last extremely long once they’re out of the charging case. But i can get a decent amount of charges from the case so i think that makes up for it some what.

Sound quality is really good but noise canceling could be better.

What you would expect from an Apple product. Good quality.

I am a newly converted Apple user and I love everything about it so far. After falling in love with the diagnostics of the iPhone I have submerged in with the watch and AirPods. I have no complaints thus far!

Upgraded to the EarPods, great sound! Battery life is not the best.

Great product. Few things to keep in mind: The plastic pieces used to keep them in your ears may not be comfortable. I personally took them off and use as I would with normal AirPods. It reads your text messages but doesn’t always work. Battery is not as long lasting as I thought they would be. Apple quality product in such a small product!

The audio works great..nice and loud..they do loose sync sometimes..

I bought this product for my husband, but after severy months, you can hear the noise from both of them. We contacted APPLE customer service, they replaced another pair to us for free. So far so good.

I love the previous AirPods but these I’m disappointed with. They are great when it comes to cancelling noise but that’s it. They always fall out of my ears even with changing the size for the ear tips. They don’t connect right away and I’m always having issues with the left one connecting.

They are great but overpriced. Overall great gift.

The convenience is outstanding. Having the ability to connect with allll my Apple devices with just the flip of the lid is the biggest lobby with these. Sound is kind of flat but that convenience it what changes your life!
