A little overpriced but good quality overall.......

Disappointed in battery life on a single charge. Salesman was not clear when he described them as 24 hours but did not describe needing to be in the case to charge (the case can charge them when the run down if you have a full charge on the case. Connects easily with the apple products. .

The AirPod pros work as advertised. I’d recommend them

Pros - instantly connects to your Apple device upon opening. Can switch seamlessly between my iPhone and iPad when either listening to music or taking a call. Cons - battery life could be longer.

Purchased these as a Christmas gift for my husband and he’s throughly enjoying them so far. Only complaint I’d say is the adjustable ear sizes. Even the small feels quite large and not snug in the ears

Headphones have good sound. Slip out of ears easily.

No complaints.. great for small ears and it fits snug

The noise cancellation on these are amazing. The only issue is that the pods keep falling out of my ears & if i hook my case to something, the pods & case would fall out. But overall, i love them

She loves the air pod pros much better than any ear bud she’s ever used. She said it’s the best gift ever and she would of never asked for such an expensive gift. She’s been using these for almost a month now.

Overhyped product for the price range. OK sound quality for the price you pay. In all honesty there are cheaper options for cheaper. It is all hyped up due to the name. I guess I am a sucker for name brands so the fault lies with me for purchasing these AirPods.

Really enjoy sound just needs one smaller ear piece

Only one issue and it isn't just mine. I have a pair that is plagued by the crackling noise. Apple is supposed to replace this for free within 2 years of purchasing so I will find out tomorrow.

They’re good but a lil expensive if you don’t have the money

I was wondering what all the hype was all about. I did a lot of reading on the reviews and took all that into consideration. I bought them and I love them. They work great, Wish I would have bought them sooner

I had my AirPods for two weeks and the left one stopped working. I have to make an appointment with the Geek Squad so they can mail them out. Otherwise they have amazing sound and I love the transparency option as well as the ear tip test to make sure they are in place.

I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable these earbuds are! The regular AirPods don't work for me, so when they were recommended, I took a chance and was open minded. Couldn't be happier!

These headphone are amazing so it’s only right that an even more amazing giant like bestbuy would have them available for me to have access too. thank you guys got always setting the bar and the standard high
