Did not stay fitted in my ears WHAT SO EVER! Used the different ear accessories but would not stay in my ears when exercising let alone running or cycling. Had to buy 3rd party ear plug accessory

This is the third set I bought this year. I love the ANC and mic. I also own Bose noisecancelling headphones but needed one with better mic for calling and I bought these on sale. Pretty good deal.

Love the air pods. Had a little static at first but seems a factory reset of the pods while in the case helped alot. Love how easily they connect to my phone and transfer to my ipad as well for watching Netflix.

The left airpod had a weird sound like an air leak. I did everything possible to eliminate it, in the end (1 week after) I exchange it and Best Buy made it extremely easy.

I didn’t believe they would be comfy, just because my ears have never agreed with headphones with the tips before. But I loved them! The sound cancelling and the music sound was just awesome.

They fit my ears much better. There are three different size pads for your ears that are soft. Very comfortable. I bought one pair for myself earlier then went back and bought two more as gifts.

I love the Apple AirPods Pro for the versatility (noise cancellation, etc); however, I notice over time that they have varying issues (don’t want to connect, squealing, etc). This is my second set. I will purchase them again; however I do wish they were a bit more durable.

I own Bowers Wilkins earphones and these AirPods Pro. Yes the B/W have slight edge with relation to sound quality. But they aren’t wireless and aren’t remotely close to light. AirPods Pro Clear winner Love them

Good quality and great sound quality nice and compact

Got these in March 2020 and out of box they sounded like a blown set of car speakers. It's taken until now (January 2021) to have each side replaced under a batch "recall" by Apple for this exact issue. I did purchase AppleCare+ but am told this issue covers any pair prior to August 2020 or something like that. I think I have had an easier time getting them serviced and replaced because I have the coverage but I can't say for sure. My biggest issue is that the newly designed "ergonomic shape" doesn't fit my ears no matter what size tip is on them. I've never had an apple earbud fit my ears and sadly they've not done well in changing that. Currently trying to swap them for the power beats tru wireless pair and not having luck as they are not trade in eligible. Boo to Apple for this pair of wallet gouging ear plugs that fall out anyway.

They are great headphones, but its true what a lot of reviews say about them, some people struggle getting them to stay in their ears. They fit better in my left ear than my right for some weird reason. They stay well enough to keep them, but I can't see myself ever doing any recreation activity or exercise with them in.

A little uncomfortable for small ears but great sound.

These were a gift for my husband. I didn’t know if he’d really like them since he has other in ear buds and regular air pods didn’t fit his ears. But I took a chance on these and he LOVES them.

I really thought hard about this purchase they were a gift for my grandson!! They were a big hit, also after my purchase they went on sale at another store and Best Buy priced matched

We bought these for my daughter for her birthday. She uses them for school, music and apps and loves them. They are comfortable in her ears, unlike others we have tried.

These are great and the noise cancelling function is very cool. The downside with this is that they tend to skip out of my ears. I even bought different buds to replace the ones these come with and the same problem remain. Hopefully Apple steps it up this time

Love these !!!! My daughter surprised me with these after she started working. She said I would enjoy them and she was absolutely right. I will buy a pair for my son as he keeps taking mine .

The feel of the pro air pods are comfortable and sporty.

I have it three stars because it’s not my forte. Sound quality is amazing but it doesn’t stay in my ear long without falling out. It’s very touchy so when trying to push it in my ear my calls hang up. Other than that it’s alright.

AirPods are working really well and there are major upgrades vs original ones but the only downfall that they’re so small! I wish they would be as large as the airpods however with the updated features.
