Love the EarPod pro - somehow I seem to lose them frequently so I’m buying them now and then. Got a great deal when they went on Best Buy‘s deal of the day

Unfortunately, these had to be returned. I was completely shocked and disappointed. There are so many pluses to these, that I may give them another try at some point. Oh, how I wanted to completely love these, as I’ve waited patiently for just the right wireless earbuds. I returned these for 2 simple reasons. 1. No matter which size tips I tried, the buds continued to fall out of my ears, once dangerously close to falling into a toilet! 2. Music. I want the music quality to be great, or at least really good. There was a very specific static to a variety of songs and genres of music. Other than these 2 *very important* things, I loved them. So many others love them. I am hoping beyond hope that maybe I just got a “lemon”; or perhaps an update will solve the static. For now, they just aren’t for me, though I know of others that do enjoy theirs.

Wonderful earbuds that go above and beyond original AirPods. My only issue will be when the batteries inevitably hold significantly less charge in a few years time.. get AppleCare so it’s a cheap fix.

Fantastic earbuds. We've had them for a year now and they have even been accidentally run through the clothes washer and are still functional.

Bought one pair during thanksgiving and I guess it was defected because the case wouldn’t charge. Took it back and the lady at the Winston Salem store was amazing and helped us get a replacement. I had to drive to Greensboro to pick them up. However, I was able to get them the same day!

Good wireless earbuds. No latency from videos or music(finally), other companies have tried and failed unfortunately. Only complaint is that its kind of hard to take out of the case.

I got these for my husband has an anniversary gift he Love them and I no longer have to listen to this crazy YouTube videos at all hours of the night. True love. Thank you apple

Our granddaughter mentioned several months ago she wanted AirPods and never mentioned it again. But we didn’t forget! It was probably her biggest surprise at Christmas and appears to be her favorite!

These are great but not great enough for the price. The active noise canceling is like no other! I put these on while my car was idling. I thought my car shut off. Instantly nothing. This are amazing for introverts! Sound quality is good-ish.

I’ll give them 5 stars despite left side constantly disconnecting I listen to them full blast and they typically will last about 6 hours before I need to charge them

Better than the original ones. But I think Apple could still improve the functionality. Occasionally cuts out which is quite annoying. But the noise canceling function is cool.

I bought my airpods pro off of apple and they broke twice. I even got a refurbished pair and they still broke. So I just bought a pair from best buy and so far everything is good!

Amazing. Upgraded from the AirPods 2. These are some of the best true wireless headphones I’ve tried. Apple continues to provide the gold standard in my opinion.

Love the sound hate the color and the fact that they are not c charger i hate to have to bring different cables everywhere, maybe if they come up with c charching capability i would buy again till then ill keep my buds

Honestly, just get these for the chip that lets you pair with the phone when you open the case. That alone is worth it ALONG with all the other amazing things (including the sound).

Always been a big Apple buyer and buying this Apple product was probably my best purchase I love when something is comfortable and let me tell you these are very comfy!

I have previously used AirPod 2s, and these are worth the upgrade, more secure in the air, sound better, and the noise cancelation works way better than expected for ear buds.

Amazing sound Cancellation and everyday usage. Doesn't fall out when excerising or running...however when riding with these in my motorcycle helmet it tends to hurt.

The headphones are awesome, work great and are fast charging. The only reason I took a star off is the original earbuds do not stay in your ear at all, especially once you start sweating. But you can buy memory foam pieces to replace them online for cheap. Since then I’ve loved mine.

First of all I love apple products and have had many pairs of airpods these were my first set of pros and I loved them. They worked great and sounded great but then they just stopped working after 3 months and will not charge at all. I did not drop them or anything they just stopped, and Best buy says they're not returnable since it's past their window. I should have bought them from Costco who has a great return policy. Never again will I buy something from Best buy that I could buy somewhere with a better return policy.
