Upgrading from the AirPods to this has given a signifiant increase in sound quality for a wireless earbud device. Sure you can get something in equal or better quality for a lower price but these AirPod pros are spot on for what I wanted and expected. But on a side note, Best Buy decided to remove any rewards points for Apple products. Hence the 4 stars. I think this is ridiculous. I’ve been shopping with apple for many years and love their reward program, but to not allow any apple products to give you reward points is just luricrous. Corporate greed at its finest. I could easily go shopping at the military exchange and get this product without the tax but I liked to use best buys rewards programs. This will make me second think purchasing from Best Buy in the future. What a real shame.

AirPods were comfortable to wear with the 3 different ear fitting sizes. The sound is great! Versatile for music and texting with Siri.

Good quality. Easy to use. Long lasting. Sound is amazing and they fit my ears perfectly and don’t fall out easily like my gen 2 AirPods.

Excellent audio quality - and live switching between all my Apple devices is fantastic! I've used several other wireless bud type headphones trying to justify their short-comings with the fractional cost; I wished I hadn't. I wasted a lot of time making compromises when I should have just went full in and saved headache and time. In short, if you're considering these vs another (likely cheaper) alternative, DONT, just get the Airpods and thank me later.

Easy set up and wonderful integration into the Apple environment. Features like noise cancelling and transparency mode work seamlessly.

Love the sound quality and the ability to turn noise cancelling off/on. They are also very comfortable and stay in place.

Truly wireless. Once you get used to the touch controls, they are instinctual. Noise-cancelling works great! Bass levels are good.

The pros are great. I use them everyday. My main issue is that they dont last as long as I would like. The cost is really high considering the length of charge during usage. I can only use 1 pod at a time so I will have a connection the length I need them. This eliminates the noise cancelling benefit. I use these pods for work and play. I need 10+ hrs of actual usage on 1 charge. Please work on this apple. I do phone tech support and use these for the excellent connection, sound and mobility.

I couldn’t use the previous gen earphones because they would easily fall out. I am happy that these came out. Sounds good for the premium price.

Are you waist deep in the Apple ecosystem? Then you need these headphones. They move seamlessly between your iPhone, your iPad, your iWatch, your iMac and your bluetooth equipped devices too! Most importantly, no pairing needed for Apple devices on the same Apple account! The noise cancelling is effective for an in-ear earbud and the sound quality is decent for airbuds. So these over the non-pro Airpods? The charging case is nice. The noice cancelling is awesome. If you're not in the Apple ecosystem, consider the Bose offering instead! Important: If you get these, try the other tips for size before just settling on the preinstalled medium tips. Take advantage of the sound test on the Bluetooth setting screen to ensure a proper fit.
