I simply love them. They are easy to use and the charge lasts long enough to get through my workday.

I ended up returning mine because the sound quality is good but for the price the volume just wasn’t loud enough for my liking. The usability on all Apple devices is a huge plus!!!

I was skeptical about purchasing these headphones. I have had iphones since i5 and when they came with them they sound good bud I couldn't stand the noise I would hear from the outside world. I want to be able to listen to my music and not hear people chatting or noises. The noise cancelling works great. The only issue is I wish they would make them custom black or a custom color without losing any features.

I really love the sound with noise cancellation ease of use also come with wireless charging It worth the price.

The convenience that Apple gives in terms of ease of networking with other Apple devices you own is great as usual. The tip going inside the ear canal in this version is also a nice feature and helps so much in providing the noise cancellation. Noise cancellation is very effective for earbuds. The one star I could not bring myself to add is due to the sound quality that is just not satisfactory for me to have come from earbuds of this price range. I own a wired pair of beats earbuds that I purchased 5 years ago. The sound quality in those are way better and louder. The high and mid range are okay. However, the bass punch is lacking by a lot.

Comfortable, easy to use, and stays up in my ear. Easier to hear my audiobooks while riding the subway.

The sound quality was great, connectivity to iPhone was great, loved seeing the battery level on my phone but just cannot tolerate the discomfort. However, I apparently can’t wear an ear phone that goes inside my ear. The plastic puts pressure against my ear canal and it starts to ache after just a few minutes. An hour later, my ear is super sore for the rest of the day. Why can’t Apple come up with something soft that molds to each person’s ear?

Had the original Airpods, after 3 years they finally died. That might seem like a short lifespan for the cost, but if you consider that I used them like 10 hours every single day, seems decent to me. They were pretty much my favorite thing I owned so I needed new ones, opted for the pro instead and honestly, huge upgrade. The noise canceling alone justified the price increase for me but the sound quality is overall better as well.

I use these for all of my conference calls and the people on the other end are very clear. People also say that when I talk it’s clear. When you do put the AirPods Pro in your ears without any sound, you can tell that they are noise cancellation earbuds. It makes the noises around me muffled when I’m not listening to anything. I’ve also listened to music and the sound is excellent. I had to change the tips to the smaller ones to fit perfectly in my ears.
