Excellent engineering - retains battery charge when not in use, long run time on a charge. Very effective noise cancellation for earbud headphones. On a few rare occasions, get a low-level static/noise/hum, which is easily resolved after putting earpieces back into the charging case. Not sure if this is the same as the complaints about the early batch of Airpod pro, but it's good to know that Apple will repair/replace.

The AirPods Pros are comfortable to wear, easy to learn how to use, The noise cancellation works very well.

Was hesitant at 1st, but impressed with the sound quality and ease of connectivity. 4 star only as others I used have more options for like volume control and tap functions.

I have always wanted a way to listen to my choice of music (like: Elton John, Peter, Paul, and Mary, Bay City Rollers, Rolling Stones, etc). I was at a loss about what to do. Having to listen to 2 a 15 and 17- year- old granddaughters is no fun. Especially when they want to kill each other and expected nana to referee. When for Christmas they got these white plugs for their ears. I decided to look into this new gizmo. I bought myself a pair, what a great gizmo. I was able to listen to my songs and didn’t have to play referee. Most of all, I, Nana, got upto 3+ hours of just me time. YEAH!

Never purchased the original AirPods because I didn’t think they were any better sound quality or extra features (except wireless) than the ones you got for free with any apple product, so when the AirPods Pro came out with noise cancellation and passthrough options, I was intrigued. I don’t regret my decision at all either, the noise cancellation is great, the passthrough option is an awesome feature that works really well. So no complaints at all!

These AirPods are ahhhmmazing!! I thought they were just an upgrade to the other AirPods but as soon as I put them in I realized what made them Pros! The noise cancellation is everything. Even when the music has gone off I can remain in my zone cause it’s still quiet… I wear them at work and my office gets traffic, but I hear none of music on or off.. Definitely a great purchase.
