Let me start out by saying, I am not an audiophile but I can tell when headphones are muddy or too bright. These strike a pretty good flat EQ that some bassheads might not enjoy. Dont get me wrong, there is bass just not to the point of some Skullcandy's or even Apple's own Beats Pro. But where these earbuds excell with no competition is the active noise cancellation that is the best I've ever heard from in-ear headphones. The mode where it plays back outside sounds is cool at first because you think, "Oh, Ill be able to hear people say my name when listening to music" when the reality is, most people listen to music above the 50% volume so the feature is almost useless unless you wear the earbuds 24/7 even when not listening to music, just to flash your status in the earbud game. All in all, very good features and (surprisingly) fair priced.

Works great with the iPhone 11. Noise cancelling quality is crazy, I can barely hear anything. Battery is pretty good as well. I am changing it once a week. Variety of earplugs so the fit is very good as well. All in all, can’t complain!

Was very skeptical about how these would fit. No need to worry! Great comfort in the ear and amazing sound. Works with both Apple and Samsung devices. Easy to pair with your device, long charge and amazing sound quality. Must have!!

These are great. They stay in my ears and offer easily sufficient sound quality. Pairing was easy, even with multiple devices. Keeping them charged and ready to go is not difficult with the included charging case.

Probably the best value for money product Apple has on offer. Great sound quality and comfortable fit. I had tried other wireless earbuds before but the ease of use, battery life and stable connection of apple’s product is far superior.

Love my AirPods Pro. I use them everyday. Calls, music, and I connect them to my Apple TV to watch my sports and shows in silence. The sound they deliver is incredible and their minimal design never feels intrusive or in the way. The best feature about these headphones are the listening modes. You can choose either noise cancellation, regular, and transparency mode. Transparency mode allows you to hear your media and seamlessly integrates Voices, and other sounds in your environment almost as if your not wearing any ear phones, crazy! The noise cancellation mode rivals the best noise cancellation headphones I’ve ever used. I often use this mode when on an airplane or when I want to tune everything out. The Apple AirPods Pro or a true gem!

This is my first apple airpod pros and I love them. The noise-cancelling feature is amazing. I love the usability aspect of airpod pros. The connection is so smooth between my phone and iPad. Very convenient to carry.

I just got these for an early birthday present. I didn't want the first AirPods because the way they are made hurt my ear after an hour. I must say that I LOVE my AirPods Pro! They sit comfortably in my ear. Although I have to make sure that they are positioned in my ear correctly or they will fall out. But noise cancellation is awesome and when I talk to others they confirm that it sounds like the phone is up to my ear. I've tried in the car and in the house and walking outside, all say the same and I can hear them very clear. I will say it is a hefty price to pay, but now I truly understand why they are that expensive. Very good quality and I've had them for a month now. Again, very pleased with this product. The tips that came attached fit good in my ear and haven't needed to try the other ones. I would recommend these.

After owning a pair of first generation AirPods for a year and a half or so, I was less than impressed with the way they fit and with the overall sound quality. The integration with my iPhone and MacBook Pro as well as my iPad Pro was great and never really had issues, but I was less than thrilled with the fit. Wearing them while walking or exercising wasn't an option for me as they always came out of my ears. I bought the little sleeve like covers for them but still not a good fit. Then I decided to purchase these beauties, WOW, what a difference. The noise cancelling feature and the fit are amazing. Battery life is okay, but not exceptional. Integration with all my Apple devices is even more seamless if that is possible and I am really impressed with the overall quality. I wish that they were cheaper, but welcome to the world of Apple!

Not completely noise cancelling but I didn't expect this from earbuds, however, they are very close to it. Excellent sound and the three size tips make the buds fit the ear canal well. The downside is of course the price.

When I got them they were brand new never opened in the box, person that helped me gave me all the options on how to make monthly payments on it. Was worth every penny when I bought! Still years later I am still using them!

These little white gems will be your best friend! So easy to use & so compact to put in your purse or a secure pocket! They have great sound quality & definitely deliver what they claim to be! I am always satisfied in purchasing an Apple product!

They get the job done. Like the noise cancelation. They do well staying in my ears

I had the air pods first and decided to try the pros out. I like the noise cancellation. I feel they fit my ears better than the old ones. High price. I’m curious to see how long the battery life goes. My last air pods were starting to not hold a change as strong. I’ve only had these about a month so I can’t say on this product yet. But so far in my month I’ve been very happy with them.

I won our anniversary this year. My wife had Beats buds but these are more comfortable for everyday use, sound better and work so well moving between Apple devices. It's the kind of ease of use that Apple excels at. My wife has small ear canals and needs the smallest silicon tip on earbuds, if that isn't the case for you and you're invested in the Apple ecosystem then buy the regular airpods. If you want the apple compatibility and use them while working out get the Beats version. If you want to spend the money for superior sound quality get Sony's buds, If you want compatibility between devices get Echo buds, if you just want well built wireless buds with a good battery life get Sennheiser. Either way I'm sure Best Buy stocks them all

These are the best wireless ear pods I've used. Their smart connections to Apple devices makes them very easy to set-up and the noise cancelling feature is great. Yes they're expensive but if you can afford them they're an excellent purchase.

I’m an audio engineer who cares about the quality of the sound from my earphones. These things sound great! I wish they had just a touch more bass but overall you hear music how it’s suppose to sound. But the selling point for me was the noise cancellation and transparency features. I wear these mostly while I’m working out and my gym is pretty loud. With the noise cancelation it’s easy to tune in to my music and tune out all distractions. Quickly being able to turn on transparency mode for a conversation works really well. I don’t even have to take them out of my ears to hear someone talking. When I’m moving around a lot they stay in my ears pretty well. They’ve never fallen out of my ears but occasionally I have to reposition them. I was looking at the power beat pros but the extra features on the AirPod pros is what sold me. Bottom line is I’m very happy I chose these earphones.

I bought these expecting that I would return them. I’ve had Bose products for a while and both sets I have give excellent audio sound quality. The love though goes away as the Bose headphones cut out anytime your outside. The also are heavy in you ears and uncomfortable when you lie down. The AirPod pro’s are light weight and always comfortable. They also pair and sync with my all of my other Apple products seamlessly. The noise reduction is decent not perfect and the audio quality is not as good as the Bose are. The transparency mode is awesome. I did not think I would use it but do all of the time. So I fell in love with these. Comprising a little audio quality I gained a product I can use often and for just about any situation.

Very happy with the transparency mode that allows you to still be connected to what is going on around you while hearing perfect sound from your device. Noise Canceling mode is nice too. So wonderful to have these options. Fit is very comfortable.

I had the original AirPods and always liked the functionality of them but they never stayed in my ear very well. These fix that problem by going in ear and the different size tips help with the fit. I have a little issue with my right ear getting them to seal but I think that might be my ear shape. The active noise cancellation does a really good job of getting rid of most of the noises in my shop and putting in pass through mode is great to be able to talk to people with them in. The new announce message feature is helpful so you don’t have to take your phone out to hear your messages but is still a little buggy. As far as the sound goes it has a really well balanced sound and is good for most music. The bass could be a little louder but depending on what type of music you listen to you don’t even notice. All around a great set of earbuds but the cost is the biggest hurdle to get over.
