Smooth sound and I love the way to just touch the Airpod to turn it off for external speaking

Transparency and noise cancellation are amazing, couldn’t believe the quality and difference from the original AirPods.

Really nice headphones. The case doesn’t get as dirty as the old one and the sound is so much better.

Overall good quality headphones, takes some getting used, going from the AirPods to the Pros. Just don't go with the rubber pieces that it comes with, adjust to see what works for you.

The noise cancelling function on these Pros are amazing. I highly recommend those over the AirPod 2’s.

I missed the initial release of the AirPods Pro but jumped on the chance to treat myself for Christmas when they became available again. I hesitated because I have the first generation AirPods and the ear shape without any third-party attachments do not work for me. I also read the negative reviews that the AirPod Pros still has design flaws with the ear pieces. Nevertheless, Best Buy has a great return policy and I took the chance. I am pleased to write that after experimenting with the 3 different ear piece sizes, I found a combination that works. I tested the AirPod Pros in various settings and I am happy. I do think the price point is 50 dollars too high and the noise cancellation is not as effective as the Beats Pro.

These things are awesome. The transparency setting is great for work, so is the noise cancellation for that matter.
