Sound is great! However they fall out sometimes when I’m exercising or just walking. My husband has some and they never do. I have small ears so that might be why.

Apple headphones seem to be favorable and I still don’t know why. For someone who loves to listen to music, talk to loved ones and listen to their favorite podcasts these don’t last very long just like the 1st generation. Even with the added feature of bud cushions, they still seem to fall out of my ears (small ears). This disturbs me especially when doing everyday things like washing dishes and they fall out. Did I mention the case still scratches easy? This item also does not feel very luxurious so why such a high price point?
