After procrastinating for months it was a good move to upgrade to the pro AirPods (I previously owned model 2 AirPods). The noise cancellation is very effective in a noisy environment while the transparency mode is a better choice when one has to remain aware of surroundings. Very comfortable to wear. The sound quality is a definite improvement on the previous models.

Love the noise canceling makes a world of difference

I was a Jaybird user for several years and loved them. I thought I’d give Apple a try sense i own everything else Apple. I’m impressed by the sound quality but even more impressed with the ease of use. It effortlessly switches from my phone to my iPad Pro and has a option to easily switch from noise canceling to transparency. Also the phone call quality is significantly better.

They sound great, the are comfortable, easy to set up and use, Siri integration is awesome, and for my wife they are perfect. My pair however is a different story. The problem is if I do any physical activity they fall out. I have tried all 3 different sizes. Testing all 3 says I have a good fit using the fitment test on the iPhone. I called Apple and they did not have any suggestions either. So it doesn't matter how great water-resistant sport headphones are if they don't stay in your ears.

Worth every penny! I was skeptical of AirPods, but decided to give them a try after my cheaper pair stopped working. I went for the AirPod Pro’s since I typically wear them to workout in. They are comfortable, sound great, and the different modes (transparency, noise cancelling, and normal) are much more helpful than I had anticipated. Great purchase!

Not really happy with the product. The sound is great with the voice cancellation. But always give me hard time to sync. I have to tap atleast 10 times to sync with my phone.

As someone who has never been able to wear pods, I bought these because of the silicone ear pieces available in different sizes. These are the best ear pods that I have ever had. They stay in place in my ears while running (all the other ones would fall out), they are very comfortable and the noise cancellation feature is awesome! I am considering another pair to have a spare. Love them!!

I love my new AirPod Pro. The noise cancellation feature is legit! Finally, air pods that stay in my ears due to the multiple (three sizes) optional earpiece attachments for a perfect fit. It has a ear turner that ensures correct earpiece application. Lastly, the detachable earpieces keep the AirPod Pro cleaner, thus requiring virtually no cleaning maintenance as was necessary with the previous version.

Great audio quality and the seamless transition from phone to MacBook when I get a call makes these very easy to use. Battery life is great, too.

Really good ear buds especially with the noise canceling really recommend if you don’t own them

This is an excellent choice if you want good sound and good quality earbuds. The noise cancellation almost cancels all the noise and it’s amazing!!! The sound is so good on these. If you turn on a equalizer for bass these things have really good bass too them. Get them now!!!

I finally splurged on these after having the regular AirPods for a while, and they were worth the splurge! The noise cancelling feature is amazing, but also awesome to be able to turn it off when on a run early in the morning when I'm by myself. They were also SO easy to pair with my iPhone (even easier than the first pair, if that's even possible). So glad I took the plunge and ordered these!

I am a late to the party iPhone user and would never have thought I would like these and I have to say I absolutely love my AirPods. They stay in the ear perfectly even while running, the controls are easy to use and they sound great. I am not sure if I would like the other AirPods but the Pros are great andApple you won me over and my other and it is because of these AirPod Pros that I am 100% satisfied.

easy to connect, best packaging and sound quality is great

Rather than rehash the points of solid sound quality, microphone, and battery, I want to focus on the single point of frustation I experienced with this. Note that the above items are great, which is why these are still 4 stars. But for some reason these things hate windows - the only way to use them with it is to re-connect them every. single. time. It's obnoxious, and after hours of searching I discovered that it is intentional and that the airpods are working as they are supposed to. This makes it no less frustrating. That said, they're quality headphones all the same.

They were fabulous for about 2 months then one stopped working. Then it worked. Then the other earbud stopped working. I contacted apple and they could not fix the issue, which seems like firmware or software, not damage or technical—since there is sound in both ears. Apple wants $96 to replace one, which is insane!! The fit of the earbuds is fantastic and the transparency and noise cancellation is excellent, but for TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS these babies should work!!
