These earbuds are amazing!!! They're worth the extra money over the Airpods. These earbuds provide a more comfortable fit, and their sound proofing, and sound clearing technology is perfection. They're discrete, and the quality on them is phenomenal. I would recommend these over any other headphones on the market

They sound better and stay in your ear like they are meant to. The connectivity seems to be a grade better than the non-pros. I imagine there will be some upgrades that will catch them up to cheaper models from other brands that have more features. But the basic functions one buys these for music and talking are excellent.

The best feature of these earbuds is their noise cancelling ability. It works well to muffle ambient sound. That is the primary reason I purchased them and the only reason I have not returned them. Sound quality is adequate as is their comfort in wearing. So, why the three stars? The BIG, and so far unresolvable drawback is their unreliable connection to my M1 Macbook Pro. The Airpods lose connection when I move from program to program on the computer. I am constantly opening the bluetooth utility to manually reconnect. If that isn't bad enough, very often when pausing the program by pinching the earpod stem, upon resuming, the crazy device has taken it upon itself to connect to my iphone! Whether the problem is with the Airpods or the computer, I do not know. But I do know it is an Apple problem! Hopefully this is a bug in the Big Sur operating system that will be eventually worked out. But for now, my $200 + earbuds are only operating at a three star level.

Great sounds. Love the wireless charging capability with the small case. The only issue is difficulty in getting those little critters out of the charging case - I know I'll eventually figure it out but it is frustrating. But given the quality of the sound, I'll still rate them as a 5.

I don’t know if I’m cursed but when I say I literally had to replace these headphones 5x, over the course of a year, I’m not joking. After continued use for about a month or two, 1 headphone or both would work well on my end, however when I would use them for phone calls I’d sound like I was underwater to the other person. I tried everything Apple techs suggested as far as troubleshooting goes, and it would keep happening. Although I loved the headphones features & sound, it just made no sense to keep having the same problem. I’ve talked to several people who have only had issues with their iPod pros 1st gen versus the other gen’s they’ve owned. Really disheartening. I’m hoping I have better luck with the air pod pros 2nd gen *fingers crossed*

I as a bit skeptical in paying the high cost for these Airpods, but I am quickly finding out they are worth it. To be short, the sound quality is great , and the noise cancellation is amazing.. Almost to the point that you should be careful wearing them out and about.

Being an audiophile I typically purchase audio equipment from manufacturers that have been in this industry for 15+ years. While shopping for true wireless noise cancelling earbuds I originally was thinking to purchase a Sony, JBL, or Bose product. I was intrigued when I came across the Apple AirPods Pro and saw they had an extremely high rating. I thought "no way, surely these ratings are inflated and that Sony, JBL or Bose would be the better choice". Wanting to prove out my skepticism, I decided to try these out. I'll start with the cons. Low frequency bass reproduction is a weak spot with these. Another thing that was difficult was taking the AirPods out of the case as I have big hands. Now for the pros, midrange and high frequencies are reproduced with such high fidelity that you truly hear your music the way the artist had intended it. I mostly listen to rock and heavy metal, but also like instrumental, Singer Songwriter genre, and Acapella as well. These earbuds are pure magic for these music genres

Easy to set up & use. Charging case is a plus! Sound quality is awesome & able to use on several of my Apple products.

I love these headphones. They are incredible. They are more than head phones; they are game changers. I can walk around and talk with people, listen to music or podcasts, and hear my text messages. The sound clarity is incredible, as well. This is my second bluetooth headphones, and these are by far the best.

I switched from a android to a iPhone.. I must say I’m not a fan of the earbuds that are standard with the phone. I decide to give these a try and I’m loving it especially the freedoms to move around without gettin caught on anything plus the noise canceling is a plus and fits perfect in my ears without hurting.

Really bought this just because the noise canceling option. Definitely works, but have not tried any other noise canceling devises. Not a big fan of it not including the power box, just suppling the power cord and its the newer version not standard USB But hey, that's Apple for you.

I already loved my original air pods, but I received an upgrade to the pros as a gift. I can't believe how truly amazing the noise cancelling feature is on them. On past flights I couldn't fully hear my shows with the amount of external noise that sill came through. With the pros a whole new experience. So glad I got them.

I was skeptical to purchase these Air-pods because I wasn't sure I would like the new ear plug form they come in but, I found them to be surprisingly comfortable and excellent at canceling out the noise through its noise cancelling software. A great pick up and a huge upgrade from the original air pods

These replaced the wife’s older set of AirPod Pro’s that would no longer maintain a charge. After her first use, she noted that the ambient noise around her has muted and she could hear the conversation much better. She loves the new AirPod Pros. I’d love to use them but they interfere with my hearing aids.

Just as good as the older version but with more features. Noise canceling is the real reason you buy these. Isn’t 100% or even close but it’s surprising how but noise it cancels. You’ll be in a noise room and just thinks it’s a little noise then take you’re AirPods off and realize how loud people are being.
