They were fabulous for about 2 months then one stopped working. Then it worked. Then the other earbud stopped working. I contacted apple and they could not fix the issue, which seems like firmware or software, not damage or technical—since there is sound in both ears. Apple wants $96 to replace one, which is insane!! The fit of the earbuds is fantastic and the transparency and noise cancellation is excellent, but for TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS these babies should work!!

I am a late to the party iPhone user and would never have thought I would like these and I have to say I absolutely love my AirPods. They stay in the ear perfectly even while running, the controls are easy to use and they sound great. I am not sure if I would like the other AirPods but the Pros are great andApple you won me over and my other and it is because of these AirPod Pros that I am 100% satisfied.

These are so much of an improvement from the first version. I have fairly small ears and apple earphones have always been painful after 20 minutes of wear. These seem to have an oval shape instead of purely round. The sound quality was also a big improvement. Probably because these seal so much better inside the ear. Sound similar with multiple driver Shure IEM’s. Plus, the transparent feature really is a big difference maker. Only gave them four stars because battery life is still not great. Case helps to charge quickly so not too big of an issue.

got them as a gift last year and my sister loves them. She like the noise canceling feature. they don't fall battery last a long time great headphones

I purchased the original Air Pods when they first came out so these are a big step up. The noise cancelation technology is superb and the sound is second to none when it comes to fully wireless ear buds. Apple has surely done it again. The only issue I have is the price. So, if you don't care about noise cancelation, get the regular Air Pods or the wireless charging Air Pods and save yourself some dough.

These are awesome! I wish I had purchased these sooner. I had worried that they would easily fall out of my ears, but they stay in great. The sound cancellation is amazing. I use it as often as I can and it can make a noisy environment much quieter. When I turn off the noise cancellation, I can hear almost as good if they weren’t in my ears. Got a pair for me and my wife.

I didn’t know how much I needed these until I bought them. Great for phone calls. The noise cancellation works great. The case can charge wirelessly and the case then charges the air pods. They fit my ears perfectly and are quite comfortable. I can fall asleep with them in. The sound is pretty good for being pods. Not a lot of bass but it’s there. I’m impressed.

I was skeptical to buy these as most in ear headphone don’t stay in my ears. The sound quality is great and I love that they have a fit test available to make sure they are the proper fit. I was pleasantly surprised by how well they stay in my ears. They are perfect for walking around and doing task while listening to whatever. I don’t think they would actually stay if I was trying to work out though because they do fall out if I’m doing a lot of movement but I like them and they’re compact and easy to carry around.

They’re great, a comfortable fit, great sound and the battery life is amazing.

Love these earphones! I have gone through a couple of wireless earpieces for work from home and on the go purposes and these have been the best so far. I have an iPhone and the integration is fantastic (see how much battery left, picking up calls, etc). I had noise canceling over the ear headphones for air travel and these have replaced those too. Definitively a great investment!

I did not buy these expecting great sound quality. My main purpose was to be able to take work calls by having it be easy and convenient to connect to my phone. When I get a call, I have enough time to take them out of the case, in my ear, connect, and answer my call quickly. The sound is actually pretty good because it can cancel out the outside noise allowing it to be lower in volume and still be good quality. The 'transparency' option is great for not having a conversation without having to take them out of your ears. I would recommend them for convenience but not necessarily for GREAT sound quality.
