Love these. Not much needs to be said. These are a great product.

I was a Jaybird user for several years and loved them. I thought I’d give Apple a try sense i own everything else Apple. I’m impressed by the sound quality but even more impressed with the ease of use. It effortlessly switches from my phone to my iPad Pro and has a option to easily switch from noise canceling to transparency. Also the phone call quality is significantly better.

I purchased the original Air Pods when they first came out so these are a big step up. The noise cancelation technology is superb and the sound is second to none when it comes to fully wireless ear buds. Apple has surely done it again. The only issue I have is the price. So, if you don't care about noise cancelation, get the regular Air Pods or the wireless charging Air Pods and save yourself some dough.

Love the size, fits pretty good, and the noise cancellation is great. But I wouldn’t recommend for use when exercising, and the short battery life is annoying. Yes, you can recharge quickly in the charging unit, but if you’re on the phone all day you need to plan around the times you will need to recharge, which is not always convenient. I’m sure battery life will improve with future generations of the product. I’d probably wait until then before paying up for the AirPod Pro.

Rather than rehash the points of solid sound quality, microphone, and battery, I want to focus on the single point of frustation I experienced with this. Note that the above items are great, which is why these are still 4 stars. But for some reason these things hate windows - the only way to use them with it is to re-connect them every. single. time. It's obnoxious, and after hours of searching I discovered that it is intentional and that the airpods are working as they are supposed to. This makes it no less frustrating. That said, they're quality headphones all the same.

They were fabulous for about 2 months then one stopped working. Then it worked. Then the other earbud stopped working. I contacted apple and they could not fix the issue, which seems like firmware or software, not damage or technical—since there is sound in both ears. Apple wants $96 to replace one, which is insane!! The fit of the earbuds is fantastic and the transparency and noise cancellation is excellent, but for TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS these babies should work!!

The sound, connectivity and battery life is great!

I did not buy these expecting great sound quality. My main purpose was to be able to take work calls by having it be easy and convenient to connect to my phone. When I get a call, I have enough time to take them out of the case, in my ear, connect, and answer my call quickly. The sound is actually pretty good because it can cancel out the outside noise allowing it to be lower in volume and still be good quality. The 'transparency' option is great for not having a conversation without having to take them out of your ears. I would recommend them for convenience but not necessarily for GREAT sound quality.

The AirPods were already good, but these are actually a step further. Its manufacture and presentation are impeccable, like every Apple product, they always take special care of every detail. The comfort in the ears is great. The spectacular sound quality. The battery life is very good. I recommend them completely and more for those who like good music or talk hands-free with discrete and good quality headphones.

Bought for Father’s Day gift and he loves them. Takes them everywhere

Great audio quality and the seamless transition from phone to MacBook when I get a call makes these very easy to use. Battery life is great, too.

In the past I will tell you that no matter who I've gotten Bluetooth headset from I've always been disappointed at some point in the quality these actually are very impressive They fit very comfortably in the ear without causing pain after extended wear, I will also say the best feature and probably the coolest feature is the noise canceling option I find it very helpful as well as very very cool

These are so much of an improvement from the first version. I have fairly small ears and apple earphones have always been painful after 20 minutes of wear. These seem to have an oval shape instead of purely round. The sound quality was also a big improvement. Probably because these seal so much better inside the ear. Sound similar with multiple driver Shure IEM’s. Plus, the transparent feature really is a big difference maker. Only gave them four stars because battery life is still not great. Case helps to charge quickly so not too big of an issue.
