Awesome sound and a nice step up from the previous version.

I've been an Apple fanboi for about 20 years and I've tried and tried to like any of their wireless ear buds and it's never worked. I was really excited when these came out because I felt like there was finally a set of Apple earbuds that wouldn't fall out of my ears and I was sadly mistaken. I tried all of the sizes and they simply fall with any type of movement other than just standing around or walking with them. I've also always found the sound mediocre, nonadjustable, and the active noise cancelling is OK but not great. I returned these and bought the Jabra's 75t and the fit is amazing, has a sound equalizer, the noise cancelling is much better, and the app is great. If these fit in your ears and you don't really care much for the sound then these are perfect for you. They just didn't work for me. Best Buy's service was great! Easy, fast shipping and return.

I love the noise cancellation feature! Everything is good so far.

I had this AirPods for almost a month and one side is broken. Nothing happened to the AirPods and I’m listening to music and I hear what sounds like a blown speaker. The left AirPod is rattling and the sound is low and that came out of no where. I don’t usually have a problem with any apple products but these AirPods have disappointed me.

Apple made a major upgrade with these EarPods. In my opinion the noise reduction feature is the greatest highlight so far and thanks to my local Best Buy I was able to make an in store purchase that was fast and always friendly.

Arrived home did not return right ear plug to case. Located by IPhone. Took me back to parking lot 20 minutes away. Went right to the spot. Laying on parking lot. Was not damaged. I love the iPhone connection with my AirPods Pro.

The noise canceling is the only feature I liked. They fall off often.

Comparing the AirPod to the AirPod Pro the only thing I seem to have paid for is the noise cancelling. The operation of the AirPod Pro are not as user friendly as the AirPods. Unless noise canceling is a MUST save yourself some cash and get the AirPods; skip the Pros.

I am so glad apple redesigned their earphone shape for these. The old ones never stayed in my ears and so I didn’t ever buy them. These are awesome and perfect for working in construction using the hear through feature.

Excellent can get them off there that good. I love listening to my favorite music and u tube videos. The EarPods have three different setting which it’s the best cancel noise and it’s just me and my EarPods.

All over great apple product. should be $199 and it gets 5 *****
