Good sound, connectivity and quality. Upgraded features from the other model are a bonus

I used to own the first generation and they were stolen so I thought why not upgrade. I love these. For me personally the first generation did not stay in my ear as well and were uncomfortable if worn too long. No such problem with the Pro version. They come with switchable earbuds, I use the smaller ones and they stay in and work like a charm. I use my AirPods every day at work and they are still going strong.

Way better than the regular AirPods. Worth the extra bit. Better sound, active noise cancelling, and the transparency feature is tremendously useful. I had to turn off the in ear sensing because it was kinda annoying that it would pause my music or audiobook if I took one out of my ear. I want to hear what people say to me but not that much.. I mean, I have AirPods in, leave me be lol

Better than the first and second generation but you’re better still worry about losing one stepping on it! Wish they had more of a molding for your ear, Nice but very pricey

Had these for 2 and a half years and have to say they are quite disappointing for how much I paid for them. On the plus side, they do look nice and transparency mode works quite well. On the neutral front, the sound quality is mediocre, I would have expected more from this price point to be honest. Active noise cancellation works well when you have a good fit and fit snugly in your ear but they slip out of position too easily for me so I don't get the whole benefit. On the negative side, these things are so delicate, I admit I am clumsy but if you drop the case while the AirPods are in it there's a good chance that the case will flip open and your AirPods will go flying. I've had to have my AirPods replaced twice now because the noise control effects would have a blaring buzz in my ear. Also had a solid month or two where the AirPods would randomly disconnect from my phone and never figured out why. I will admit that the spacial audio feature is cool but I don't use it. It's also easy to connect these to any of your other Apple devices that you are logged into; as expected, Apple ecosystem rewards more Apple products. I still can't recommend these though unless you are VERY careful with your earbuds and they NEVER fall out of your ears; they will break eventually if that's even a semi regular occurrence for you.

I will say at first I had to take about a two week break from these. Somehow they were hurting my ears, to the point where I think they may have scabbed. I THOUGHT I wasn’t jamming them in my ear, but…who knows. After that period of time, I began to enjoy how I can use them independently, and together with or without the noise cancelling feature. Also, your iPhone recognizes them and activates features I haven’t had access to or knew about before, like the noise alert, reading your text messages, and talking to answer a phone call.

A gift for my older son to replace the JLabs buds that crapped out. He spent his own money against my recommendation that he hold out and save his money on a better product. They lasted just past the warranty period; Best Buy did not stand behind this waste of plastic. This replacement is what he should have bought. Too little, too late. He still enjoys them today.

PROS: 1. Sound quality for calls and music. 2. Noise cancellation feature and the fact that you can control from the phone or the ear buds. No separate app needed like with Bose SoundsSport and QC Earbuds and Jabra (forgot the model). 3. Silicon seal to ensure a comfortable, secure fit. (That's why I never liked the previous version, that hard plastic just never would sit right in my ear.) 3. You can use either earbud alone while the other charges in the case. My Bose and Jabra ear buds are right ear dominant. The interchangability of the Air Pods is a gamechanger for me when I"m on calls all day and burn through the battery of the earbuds quickly. That's why I had to buy the Bose and the Jabra. Now I only need the Air Pods for my calls. BOSE sound quality is still slightly better but this gives Apple an edge for me. **HUGE PLUS** 4. Syncs with your iPhone right away once you take it out of the case. 5. Displays battery life of both earbuds and the case on your phone. CONS: 1. This pair malfunctioned in a month's time. Apple was amazing in handling the replacement, but it made me leery abotu the longevity of the device. You probably should get Apple Care with these. 2. Sound leak (I like my music loud but I don't want to disturb people around me.). Bose was better in this case.

My favorite head phones, so much better than the first generation and stay in place.

Sound is so clear and they are so light, doesnt even feel like you have earbuds in.

You’ll love these. They’re really great. The sound is amazing and the noise canceling is so good. The best thing about them is the special audio. Not all apps support it but I watch Hulu Live a lot and it’s supported. It really sounds like you’re in a room with good surround sound. My only problem is with the battery. The phone will say it’s at 50% but when you put them into the case, the battery percentage drops down to less than 10 percent out of nowhere. I’m on my second pair too. Luckily, they do charge really quickly. You can get close to 100% in about 25-30 minutes.
