When I originally bought these headphones I noticed that the hinge on the case was a little loose. I could shift the top of the case left and right. I kept procrastinating to return the item and sadly I missed the return window. I ended up going to the Apple store and get a replacement because it was still under warranty. I looked around on Reddit and I definitely wasn't the only person with this issue so be careful. Overall they're great headphones and I recommend them to anyone that wants better sound quality and noise-canceling abilities.

The sound quality and iPhone compatibility are phenomenal. This's one product that I use everyday. From phone calls to listening to music. If you own an iPhone these are the head phones to get.
