Not an Apple fan boy but I love these

I’ve had these bad boys a few months and I love them. I am not an Apple Fan Boy at all. I am not someone that is crazy about their products but as someone that creates content the products are easy and seamless. With that being said, I I’ve the air pod pros. I’ve had many skull candy headphones and ear buds. I’ve had Samsung, Sony, Rosewell and so on. But, because I use an iPhone and iPad Pro I decided to splurge on these and man I love em. The sound quality is top notch. The overall EQ is good. The charge lasts all day. The noise canceling and transparent mode are really, really cool. Ordering coffee or closing at work and want to listen to music and hear people talking?it does that no problem. Walking the dog I can hear people talking across the street. Don’t wanna hear any of that? You’re in luck. To recap, I’m not a huge Apple fan but I appreciate they power of their machines. As far as these go against the whole slew of audio products I’ve used, they are top notch. With all that being said, COST. But if that’s not an issue, you’re gonna love these.

They may be expensive, but they are very high quality and they work perfectly. The noise cancelling is great, the sound quality is acceptable, and the battery life is fine. They pair well and they fit perfectly in my ears (which are usually weird with truly wireless headphones).

Pros: good quality sound, love the fact that I can essentially mute the world around me, comfortable earpieces, long battery life, super easy to link to my phone. Cons: earpieces don’t always stay in, so I can’t really use them for any strenuous physical activity until I get a strap Overall, love these and would definitely recommend.

Great earbuds that have one BIG flaw

    Posted .

The noise cancellation feature is among the best I’ve tried especially given the size of the earbuds and price. Price was fair and silicone tips are nice. Case is very portable. I would give this product 5 stars but it has one big problem. The microphone quality sucks. People on the other line said I was muffled while wearing these and it has to do with the fact that the mics are further away from the mouth than AirPods 2. Noise cancellation interferes too. Really sucks because at 250 dollars you expect your earbuds to handle anything you throw at it. I still recommend these for listening to music or watching videos, but if you use them for phone calls go for AirPods 2.

Really like the fit of the pros compared to the regular AirPods. The sound quality is good and the battery life helps to get through a full day of meetings. With everyone working remote, not having cords to my laptop is awesome so that i can walk around while on a teams call. The noise cancellation isn’t bad but nothing compared to my Bose over the ear headphones. I look forward to getting back to flying to see if they at least help with the drone of the jet.

Great sound, some limitations for sleeping

I bought these to replace my BEATS X headset. Both the BEATS X and the AirPods Pro paired easily with my iPhone 10s. I used the BEATS X for sleeping to shut out snoring and other noises because they were soft and fit in my ear without rubbing on the pillow. Also I could adjust the volume from the connecting wire between earpieces. These AirPodsPro have better sound quality and better external noise cancelling capabilities than the BEATS X headset, but the ear pieces are hard and do rub against the pillow as I am a side sleeper. This rubbing noise is not horrible, but it is a nuisance factor when trying to sleep. When the noise cancelling is disabled, it is generally quite easy to follow what someone else is saying while continuing to follow the sound coming through the AirPods Pro. This setting is easy to shift into and out of and is convenient while I'm on a phone call and someone else is trying to get my attention for a short question. Another issue is volume control. Fortunately I have an Apple Watch and it will often allow me to adjust the volume from the dial on the watch. But do so reliably only if I'm listening to Apple iTunes music, not an Ebook or something from another audio-oriented app. Most sound control come from adjusting the iPhone. As the audio I'm listening to changes (voices on the radio, the type of music, etc.) I have to be near my iPhone in order to adjust the volume to hear clearly. There is no volume control on the AirPods Pro. The sound cancelling mode setting is awesome and does help with the volume control issue above, but not sufficiently to cancel the need for volume control on the AirPods Pro. I haven't tried these on an airplane because of the COVID-19 travel problems, but I think they'll work well. Their battery lasts for about 4-5 hours before replacing in the case, and they recharge from that quickly, especially if it is fully charged. The case is easy to charge either wired or wirelessly.

I didn’t buy the original air pods because they don’t fit my ears well. But these fit perfect. They also come with different size silicone tips so you can change them out to fit you. The sound is great. Noise cancellation is not the best, but very good. The transparency mode is good for when you still need to listen to the outside world.

Best True Wireless Ear Buds to Date

The AirPods Pro are by far the best wireless headphones you can buy on the market, however not for sound quality necessarily, its more about the convenience and feature set which truly give the AirPods Pro its value. It has noise cancelling and transparency mode which both work very effiencetly, the noise canceling is very good, when traveling it eliminates most noise, however I can still hear people talking slightly but low end such as turbulence is cancelled out completely. Transparency mode works perfectly and I can hear everything around me perfectly as if I am not even wearing them, I would use this mode when shopping or outside when I want to listen to listen to music but still be aware of my environment. In terms of sound quality, I personally find them really flat, this is just something consistent within the Apple ecosystem of audio, people say the sound is so clear and balanced, but realistically what that translates to is its really flat so the bass isn't weak, but its not powerful, and the mid and high end are clear, but not overpowering.

AirPod Pro true wireless headphones are great...just need to make sure the ear pads are the correct size. Doesn’t entirely eliminate sound( you can choose noise cancellation, or not)but enough to tone-down outside noises to watch movies on my iPad. Never have talked on the phone using earphones, but these are great for that too! Case will charge them 3-4 times, before having to charge the case and can use the charger pad that comes with the iPhone 12 series phones!

Got this as a birthday present. It's amazing. The noise cancelling feature is amazing. I didn't think it would be that good but have used it on the plane and it made a HUGE difference. Very comfortable in the ears too. Battery life is good but when you turn on the noise cancelling feature, battery life is reduced by a couple hours.

I got these for my wife. She wanted to have some headphones to wear at work that didn't give off the 'don't bother me' vibe that the over ear headphones she had gave off. These have been really great. They work so well with iPhone that I couldn't imagine going with anything else for general purpose use. The sound is very good not the best I've ever heard in an earbud but more than fine for music and phone calls. The noise cancelling works well and the transparency mode is the best I've heard in any headphone. My wife did have some issues getting these to stay in her (smaller) ears with the included ear tips, but we ended up ordering some foam tips from Comply that have done the trick. I like the controls on the stems and it's nice to be able to switch between noise cancellation and transparency mode there, but I do wish volume control was integrated instead of through "Hey Siri". AirPods Pro aren't perfect, but they do most everything else so well that it's easy to ignore the minor drawbacks.

I didn’t think I needed these since I already own active noise cancelling headphones but I’m glad to be wrong. They’re small and stay in my ear so they make moving around the house or public super convenient. On top of that they’re easy to pair and use with all my devices. So happy with these little ear buds!

    My Wife Loves Them

I purchased these on sale in the middle of October (price matched for $200), which made them go from a good value to a great one. Bought them for my wife for her 37th birthday. She's a civilian manager for the Army. She can't really be on her phone, so I bought these so she can take calls discreetly and text without touching her phone. We have a kid dealing with cancer, so phone calls and messages have been seemingly noon stop with the oncologist and other medical professionals. These AirPod Pros have been amazing for that purpose... And I'm an Android guy writing this. They are comfortable, the battery lasts all day, they stay in without issue, like previously stated they can be used to make and receive calls as well as allow you to hear texts and even respond to them, all with some squeezes of the stems. My wife said that they are the best bday gift she's received and I've purchased some nice things for her throughout the years. I'm not a fan of Apple, but they definitely did their thing with these AirPod Pros. I highly recommend them, specially over the "regular" ones.

Can't recommend these enough. I was skeptical about the first AirPods and didn't like how easily they slipped out of the ear, but with these pro models, it works great and they fit secure. the noise cancellation is great and they have an impressive battery life even with heavy use. Plus they charge very quickly.

These headphones are phenomenal. I do enjoy these much more than the original AirPods just for the way they fit in your ear with the new earpieces. I also enjoy them better then the power beat models. These AirPods have a ton of power and the noise cancelling and transparency modes are super convenient to use in different situations.
