I'm impressed with the noise cancelation and the microphone sounds great for calls. They aren't the tightest fit and will fall out from time to time but I'm happy with the purchase.

I had the previous airpods and I must confess this is a better quality and active noise cancelling. I love it !

These have amazing sound quality, however, like many other reviewers online, the rubber ear pieces are a bit too small to fit in my ears. I had to order an accessory and now they work great.

The AirPods Pro were bought for my wife for Christmas. In her business at home, she is on her iPhone and her iPad almost constantly, and is helping customers with orders, and how to use the products. She has loved the AirPods Pro, as they give her the flexibility to be able to talk and do things "hands free", and continue to be able, while talking, to do whatever is necessary as she does so. She is delighted with them!!

First pair we had were returned. Pods had a short near touch sensor causing static. These are probably great if your an apple fans. For $249 the value isn't there. These don't excel at anything...sound, calls, battery. Sound = average Call quality = average (mics pick up background noise) Noise canceling = not in same league as Sony or Bose. Battery life seems to suck. I'm getting 3 hours listening to audio books. No way to upgrade firmware without Apple phone/iPad. If your a android user these are probably not your best choice.
