Easy and Quick ordering and delivery

I ordered them online and they were delivered the next day. Fresh out of the box they had a rattling sound in one. I called Best Buy and they said to bring them in. I was able to exchange them on the spot with no hassle, and everyone I interacted with was very friendly. Will make more purchases from Best Buy.

Fantastic while they stay inserted

I can’t give 5 stars, though, because the fit is really subpar. My original AirPods were great about staying inserted in my ears, but these fall out regularly. It doesn’t even require significant motion to dislodge them; just the slight change in the position of my jaw — by smiling or yawning — will cause one to fall out. I’ve seen some after-market earplugs to replace the ones Apple uses with these, and I’ll definitely be giving them a try, because I’m sure to lose or damage these, otherwise.

Perfect for traveling!

They block out all the horrible wind noise and allow you to truly enjoy your music or videos. Definitely worth the upgrade over the originals for traveling purposes. The sound quality isn’t the best compared to Sony’s headphones or even the beats (owned by Apple) but it is more than good enough for the average everyday use.

Strong performers, battery life shockingly good

Outside of a weird noise they make if noise cancellation is on and i push them in (like hearing aid noise) and sometimes having issues with pairing, I have no complaints. The Apple integration makes the pairing process much better than other bluetooth devices, even if it isn’t anywhere as seamless as Apple wants you to believe it is.
