I didn't read the title correctly and I thought the headphones were coming.

I have a pair of first generation air pods but I lost my chargers years later I decided to buy the replacement charger gen 2 but would not hold the sync up sync would drop right after I put AirPods in my ears. ??????

Not happy with bestbuy.com for this purchase at all. I purchased a pair of iPod pros with the charging case and this case came up as a suggested purchase. They made it appear this was compatible. I received the package on time but never looked at the details of it because I didn’t need the extra charging case until I travel this upcoming week. The return date ended two weeks ago. I’ve never had a bad experience with Best Buy online before but this was an expensive one. If anyone needs AirPod (non pro) charging case I have one. A Best Buy exchange would be awesome

I thought that this was supposed to be an air pods with the case, not the only case.

Works to charge airpods as described. Apple product works as planned.

i got an email notification or my order being picked up today 06-18-2020, i never made it to the store. i do not know who pick this order up but i would like an explanation asap. when placing my order i was instructed to take my debit card with me for pick up and my id, so before i can get out of work i got this email. try calling your store but no one answer the phone at the store or your 800 number, was advise to chat and no one available to chat with me and tell me what happened. my number 210-5443107

I thought the airpods were included but it was just a case. It was black friday and it was misleading

I purchased the case as I was told it would work and to find out it would not charge my buds as I was told.

Never got my free 6months of Apple Music. The product is good but false ad for the free Apple Music.

I bought this case because my old one stopped charging and it worked for about a day. Then for some reason the case would not pair to anything. I brought them to the geel squad who had my product for over a month just to tell me they couldnt fox it because “unauthorized modifications were made.” What unauthorized modifications?

Product is fine but I asked for an airpods 2 case charger and was given this gen 1 case instead.

Bought these expecting them to work just as good as the case the airpods come with but it disappointed me. Two days after trying to get both to charge i tried for customer service a number of times no answer, no online customer service rep is ever available nor do the store i bought it from answer. I do want my money back or another they were expensive!!

I would love to give a review of the item but all I received was an empty box and when I asked can the item be shipped I was told they don’t have it to ship

Nothing negative to note at this time. Purchased the item without any difficulty
