Doesn’t Connect

There wasn’t a youtube video I didn’t watch or an apple article I didn’t read. With the corona situation I couldn’t go to the apple store for assistance but maybe they would’ve been able to help.

It connected to my phone and appeared on my bt devices. When I tried listening to music or even manually connect it wouldn’t.
