They connected right away and worked just fine. At the end of the day, these are just overpriced headphones that are "IN" at the moment. Will they replace my BOSE QuietComfort 35ii ?? Nope.

Let me start out but saying I'm tall. Well fat and tall. I am a very structured person and need to have things lined up a specific way for me to accomplish a few tasks. One of my biggest problems with "getting fit" has been a way to listen to music easily while walking/jogging and using the gym equipment. I have bought arm bands and longer headphones. Arm bands cut off blood flow to my arm and any cabled headphone solution that would let me throw my phone in my pocket always ended with me throwing the phone across wherever I was at the time due to it catching my arm. I have tried a couple blue tooth headsets but they are always weird and bulky for me. I had some gift cards saved up as well as some rewards for a purchase I needed to make before, as well as getting lucky and being able to get to a store before these sold out. These are a great product works flawlessly. With apple products they just work out of the box with anything on your I-cloud, on android you just have to push a sync button. All the features work great and I have yet to have a problem with their charge capacity. Since I got these I have gotten to the gym every single day for the first time in over 20 years. I have no problems with them other then I wish they had a different color option but that's minor. If your looking for a great easy to use product that can charge in under 15 min these are great.

I've owned the airpods for a couple of months now. They are awesome! Great connectivity and long battery life. I wear them frequently while running and cycling. I was a little worried about their durability and if I would lose them. I'm happy to say they hold up to the sweatiest of workouts and remain in my ears like they are suppose to. If you're an apple person, you can't beat this addition to your devices.

The built in functionality Apple have for the AirPod make the pairing with the iPhone so easy. The only bad thing is the sound is not as good as the Bose headphone
