The charging case/battery failed after only 4-5 weeks, and they were not used excessively. Only had to charge up the case about every week or so. Bestbuy was unwilling to assist me, as the 14 day return period was over. But I questioned why does the bestbuy website offer 1 year warranty when I click the drop down arrow? This is a product warranty from APPLE, not bestbuy. I do believe they need to re-word and state that BestBuy only offers a 14 day, with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. Repairs after this 14 day period have to be taken care of at an Apple Store outlet. Needless to say, Apple Store replaced the defective part and issued me a new 1 year warranty on the replacement part. They do sound awesome when they operate, but apparently still some bugs to work out. Due to the battery/charging case failing after only 4 weeks, I would fall between a 3-4 stars for this product.

This is not just for iphones I used on samsung s5 conected via Bluetooth 2 taps for answer call and end calls works after paired its connect instantaneous. Its has good quality sound But the batterry just last for 3 hr and 45 min in each airpods using them separtly you have almost 8 hr but I dont like that so I return them

This product has changed my view on technology completely and it makes commute alot easier. P.S if you want to ignore people, just put it on lol

I use them for gardening so much more done because I get in my musical zone and forget all about time. I can also get my calls and I do not have to stop working.

Had to change my habits so that I didn't leave them laying around like my old headphones but SO worth it. I will never be without a pair of these.

Great sound! Love the voice commands. Only negative is these will easily slip out of your ear when they catch on your hair or shirt collar.

This product is great. Super easy and convenient to use. Only problem is that after about a year or so, one of my ears got super dim and quiet.

My first pair were stolen, so of course I had to buy another pair! They have been my go to, I love that i dont have to hassle around with a wire.

No complaints. Does everything I hoped for and then some. Was a little concerned about them staying in my ear during workouts, but have not had any issues so far.

Like em a lot. Battery last five-ish hours and recharges fully in about 20. Sound is about what you'd expect. Not great but not bad. Would definitely recommend.

Expensive but worth it, my boyfriend loves them! Comes with a charging case and if you remove one, sound stops so you'll definitely notice if one falls out!

Got these for my daughter for Christmas. She says they were the best fit for her iPhone. They have amazing sound quality and are very comfortable.

I bought these as a gift, and my husband loves them. The ease of set up and comfortable fit make these a go to for listening to music and talking on the phone.

The AirPods don’t last long but the best thing is that it does recharge quick. But you have to keep recharging it.
