I was skeptical that these wouldn’t hold well during higher intensity workouts but I put them in and they don’t budge!

So far, I have just used the earpods for listening to music and they work great, but I worry they will fall out so I bought an Insignia accessory kit so they are connected to a silicone strap that goes behind my neck. I don't know how well they work for talking on the phone.

I love them I was always need to get new headphones every two months and since I have these one I don’t have that problem
