Customer Ratings & Reviews

Right out of the box - so easy to use ! Battery life is great and Sound quality makes it above average product.

These AirPods are awesome. After much research I am so glad I purchased them from Best Buy. They are comfortable to wear, easy to charge and connect to devices through Bluetooth, and the sound is really good. I purchased an inexpensive silicon cover that fits over the charging case to protect it from any drops or scratches. The charging case is magnetized to hold each AirPod unit snugly in place, so there is no fear of one falling out and getting lost. After 6 weeks of use I’m loving this purchase!

Perfect for me. It is easy to use. The sound is great. I dont have problems with this airpods. I like the design

I’m so glad I purchased this earphones! So easy to use, doesn’t hurt my ear while in used. Charges fast too! The only issue I have with it is it doesn’t hold up charge for a long period of time! I don’t know, maybe it’s due to constant usage of the product. Overall I’m happy with it and will definitely recommend it!

These are great. The fit is great and the sound is great. I would purchase again. Easy connectivity too.

Connects seamlessly to iPhone and produces great quality sound. Amazing they stay in your ears even during activities.

Connected easy. Very user friendly. They fit good in my ear and don’t fall out. Got it on sale. Pick up a pair.

Love them. Excellent sound for my phone and music. Stays charged all day. Can carry the charger with you.

Opened the box, and they automatically connected to my phone. Easy to use and great sound! Love the wireless freedom.

Long lasting power, charge extremely fast in their case. Never fall out, fitting for all types of ears.

these are the best... our family doesn't have any iphones, but we use these earphones as our main wireless earbuds because they just plan out work the best. We don't like the in-ear type earbuds, so these fit nicely. The connectivity of the airpods work well with any bluetooth device. Only one problems is you can't check the battery life on your phone without downloading a third party app, but for the most part the battery life lasts a few days with normal everyday use.

These AirPods are practical and so easy to use. The sound quality and headphone functions are great! The Best Buy pick up made it even more easy for me to be in and out with my purchase quickly!

Was skeptical if they would be worth it. Yes they are! Quality sound, convenient to use, stay charged for some time.

They exceeded my expectations! The sound and ease of use as well as the battery life makes these worth the price

I love these. They hold a great charge and are easy to pair with Iphone. Light weight and fast charging.

Works fine with good sound separation. Easy to use and charges quickly.

Works as they should. What’s not to like about AirPods. Sound is great, connectivity is easy. I would recommend these for everyday use.

I have zero complaints honestly. I went from my beats pro to these because I wanted something I could quickly pop in while shopping, working, or on a lunch break etc. I am very happy with this purchase, they have become a necessity when leaving the house. I wouldn’t buy these for sound quality as my beats pro are miles better at that but the sound quality in these tiny earphones are still the best.

I like the AirPods; however, I am concerned about the fit. I have small ears and it is difficult to wear for more than an hour without experiencing some discomfort. While wearing just the left AirPod, it fell out of my ear onto the ground. That was disappointing. Still not enough to deter me. I have been wearing not only when outside home, at home as well hoping my ears will adapt. The sound quality is not bad. Not as good as my Beats Solo 3, which has pretty good sound. The AirPods charge really fast, and I like that they sync automatically to my Apple devices when in use. I purchased last week during Best Buy sale when retailers were competing with Amazon Prime Days. So far I am pleased with purchase and hope I do not regret because of the discomfort after prolong wear.

Easy to use. When I bought it immediately connected to my iPhone. Battery life last long. Great for the price!
