The headsets are fine at discounted rate only in my opinion. I have had 2 of them and my spouse had 2 as well and the battery in the headset gave up around the 2 year mark for mine as well as hers old one. The other pairs are a year old so we will see if same happens in about a year

Got them for my sister she loved them sasy to order online. And oick up was super easy was out of the store in less than a minute

I purchased these Airpods for my grandson as his Valentine's Day gift. He loves them. Every time I talk with him, he has them in his ears. At this point, there are no complaints to share. Thank you Best Buy for actually having them on sale at the time of purchase.

Purchased 12/22/2019 Right air pod suddenly stopped working, then left air pod stopped working less than a month of purchasing, have to keep reconnecting, as well as case connectivity issues. Then a name was already attached to the airpods which they were unable to be named or attached as the owner, which leads to belief that they may have been refurbished and packaged as new. Best Buy could have received them that way. Never dropped, no water damage, it seems to be a manufacturing defected product or maybe a refurbished product. Doesn't look good coming from Apple being sold by Best Buy. I truly expected more of the product as well as the retailer. Truly disappointed.

Costly. User friendly. Can hear very clearly. But it hurts my ear after 15mins of use.

Works great with ios and also tried on Windows 10 for teams meetings, works flawlessly for longer meetings.

They didn’t last as long as I would have liked. One side you can barely hear out of now. Battery life depletes pretty quickly now as well but I probably use them a lot more than the average person. My right ear constantly pops now because of them and the same thing happened to my friend. Not sure what long term damage they are doing. I would buy them again but recommend limiting the amount of time they’re in your ear per day.

They’re AirPods. You can’t go wrong with AirPods. I dog the customizable tap control on them the most.
