The customer service was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I love my ear buds. The only odd thing is that when I use them it comes up on my phone as Allie's earbuds. Allie is my neighbor.

These are by far the easiest headphones to use ever made. And the most reliable. Never leave the house without them anymore! You can get better quality sound but you’ll never be able to get this convenience. You can’t go wrong with this.

I am in love with my Airpods. They work great, sound great and are so stinking simple to use! I had a 6 hour flight right after I bought them and wore them the whole time and they were comfortable. I have never been able to wear earbuds for longer than an hour without it hurting my ears. Super happy with these!

wow what can i say about the apple -airpods with charging case the latest model the white kind the bass is not all that but they do sound clear they are not beats. the apple -air pods with the charging case fit well in the ears they dont fall out

This is my first set of wireless earbuds. I have been using wired earbuds and full headphones at home and on the go. So that said you get spoiled knowing that a wired set of earbuds or phones will always put out a better low end. The AirPods are a decent replacement for wired earbuds. The wireless makes it so much more convenient and neat. They work well when using the iPhone and produce a livable low end. Just for the convenience AirPods can't be beat

This is the second pair of AirPods I’ve purchased. I bought the first pair for a teenager. After trying them out, I decided to purchase a pair for myself this past October. So far, I really enjoy the accessibility and functionality, easily pairing well with pretty much everything I’ve connected them to. My only issue with them, as stated by others, is the fit. They tend to occasionally fall out. Sound is great and using the Siri application is helpful for accomplishing a hands free task. Overall I’m pretty satisfied.

I had a pair of Jabra but they kept falling out. No fun when your biking to stop and pick it off the ground. So I bought these. Love the ease of use with my iPhone XR. But playing ok virtual game night sitting in a chair I turned my head and they fell out!!! I was super disappointed so I bought some ear covers and now they stay in perfectly. Only annoyance with that is that every time I charge them I have to take the covering off of it so maybe it’s my ears but other than that part I love them

Works perfectly with my iPhone seamlessly. Nice sound and great battery usage. Case is perfect size and nice quality.

Hesitated on these or Pro version. Pros were so much more expensive. I am glad I saved the money. These stay in my ear during workouts, have good sound and are priced well. Only issue I have had is once in awhile I have to synchronize them again. Simple fix when they aren’t working correctly.

Originally bought these for the “cool look” factor add instantly fell in love with them for their continued “Apple” quality and ease of use. I use them as often as I can, for their sound quality and clarity while talking on my phone. Can’t beat them for the price as well!

I love these things! I use them A LOT more than I expected to. The charge lasts for a lot longer than I expected as well. Very easy to keep clean and the charging case stays closed really well, even on my keychain, so I really don't worry about losing them.

When I first got these, they felt like an extravagance. After using them for a very short time, they have become a necessity. They really are so convenient and comfortable. I forget when I’m wearing them! Sounds are very clear and charges last a long time. I’m very glad I made this purchase.

I like the AirPods. They have good quality and they are very comfortable in my ears and I can hear them from anywhere and they are really good for me to listen to music or watching movies on my phone or iPad

The airpods seemed ridiculous when I first saw and heard about them but now I Love them. They just work so conveniently. Pair 10x more easily than other Bluetooth devices I’ve used; maintain the connection better, do the right thing when you take them out and put them in. Etc. sound also not bad.

I like this model more than others, like how fitted in my ear and how fast connecting with the iPhone.

I wanted to be able to talk on the phone while driving without having to raise my voice to be heard. I also wanted to listen to music while running on the treadmill at the gym without my earphones falling out. These airpods do the job well---they are especially great at easing the vocal strain when I am driving. I can also speak in a low voice at home without disturbing anyone while still being heard by the person I'm speaking with.

I need to preface this. I actually already had the AirPods with wireless charging case and the pros from here as well. However, these AirPods are the first Gen without wireless charging abilities. I got these AirPods as a present for my deaf sister who was frustrated with her at the time other brand headphones. As I said, my sister is Deaf and Hard of Hearing, so I was afraid of them not being useful for her. Fortunately they are and she’s able to hear sound in them (probably at the highest volume). We both like how they easily pair to Apple products and it’s convenience. Im really glad that they’re good enough for her. It also helps I got them on sale and I just bought on impulse for her when her headphones stopped working. So while I had already liked the AirPods/AirPods Pro line, I like them even more for being able to work my sister.
