Unlike the wired ear piece, the weight of this product is like placing a feather on your ear. Most importantly, the case charging feature eliminates the clumsiness of having long cords hanging around your neck all the time and sometimes hooking on things around the house as one make attempts to reach for house hold items. Pick one up and start enjoying.

Awesome

The main reason is for comfort and how they fit in my ears. The newer generation of AirPods are larger and do not fit in my ears and would constantly fall out.

Worth the investment

I usually use them on a daily basis. They have excellent noise cancellation and for that reason I only use one while outside so I can be more aware of my surroundings. These are great for traveling on an air plane to watch movies, listen to music or tune out crying children ( I travel a lot). Overall these are worth the investment.
