Smooth operation. I had planned to pick it up in store. Entered the store and went to the pick up. The representative received my info and I was on my way. Great experience

Love my purchase, it does the job and can connect with my Mac and iPhone with no problem.

Overall great product the only reason why this didn’t get five stars was because of the comfortability of the product. The AirPods would not stay in my ears they would slip out after a while. Especially while I’m eating and watching like Netflix or YouTube I would constantly have to keep pushing them in my ear as they started slipping out.

I love the AirPods so much I use them almost every days even in school which is coming up but I also used them in the shower I have nothing bad to say about them I really recommend you to buy them

Great! Love this generation the best. The noise cancellation is cool and all on the newer versions of AirPods, but it’s no good if I sound muffled while wearing them and talking on the phone. Crystal clear with these. Workout/sweat certified—I sweat a lot.
