I have not had any issues hearing and person on other end understanding what I say. I do have other wireless headphones, apple has been the most compact and convenient with the charging case. Good sound.

Expensive but excellent

In my experience they were all mostly terrible and I pitched them all. These AirPods went on sale for $109 and I caved in and bought them. Have had no regrets yet. You get what you pay for and these are exceptional. The sound is great and the noise canceling is surprisingly good too. I almost can’t hear anything else then what I’m listening to while wearing them. Definitely worth buying.

Although this is an older version than she had, she prefers this model over her newer ones. She said they fit in her ears better and the touch controls are better on this version.
